It took all of about 5 minutes at the speed she was going and the shortcuts she was taking to find herself in front of Gabriel's newest residence. Thankfully security had already seen Zeke so when she explained she was dropping him off they let her by. Thank god for small favors.

As she pulled to a stop, she jumped out, throwing open the back door and grabbing Zeke from his carseat, along with the diaper bad beside him. Turning to head to the house, she used her foot to kick the door closed, already her anger mounting and leaving a dent int he metal..Not like it mattered right now....

As she got to the door, she knocked on it, rather loudly given how in a hurry she was and what not. Her body already feeling those urges, the demon coming to life without any effort to be contained....

~Just please let Gabe answer the door~

She begged inside her mind for this one small favor but sure enough the face that answered was the one of the one person who probably hated Kev more than most, at least in Kevala's mind...The look upon recognition said it all.

But Kev didn't have time to explain or try and beg Lex for forgiveness, instead she thrust Zeke into Lex's arms and dropped the bag onto the ground by her feet.

"Look I know you don't like me, but this is Gabriel's nephew and I cant take him with me where I am going. Please Lex....Despite everything, take care of him......"

With that she turned to leave, heading off to her car only to skid to a stop as she froze on the spot, her mind drawing on the possible outcome of tonight......Her head turned slightly, her tone heavy, broken and very solemn.

"If I do not return from tonight.....Tell Gabriel that the papers have been drawn up for him to receive full custody. I do not believe Nathaniel is ready for that type of responsibility."

Then, with that pressing feeling in her chest that she may never see her son again, she ran to the car, jumped in and was off.

She had to get there, she had to stop them from hurting Mischa.

GOD DAMNIT!!! She had said she would handle this! Why the FUCK hadn't Mischa listened to her?!

Just as usual Alexis was up and Gabriel was sleeping. Her insomnia has gotten better since Point Hope due to the loss of her Qi... but it was still their and she swear it was going to be the death of her..if not.. get her in more trouble than she had been.

Then there was a knocking at the door.

Speaking of trouble.

Alexis ran to the door due to the urgent nature of such a knock. When she opened it she had a child given to her. Alexis blinked at the kid before looking up to see who gave it to her.

Kevala??

"If I do not return from tonight.....Tell Gabriel that the papers have been drawn up for him to receive full custody. I do not believe Nathaniel is ready for that type of responsibility."

Before Alexis could say anything Kevala was already biffing 'er to her car. Her emerald eyes looked down at the boy in her arms and she really didn't know what the fuck was going on.

"Where was I when Kevala decided Gabe was the God father..." she said in a questioning tone... more to herself then anything. Alexis watched Kevala drive away and when the girl was finally out of site, she would close her front door and set him down. Her eyes scanned the bow as one eye perked. "Creepy...you look like him.... Whats you're name?" she didn't know if the boy knew how to answer the question...she didn't even know how old he was...

Man she was so out of the loop with Gabriel. Yeah she had the flaws of getting mad too easy, lying, stealing, and wanting too much sex... but at least she would tell Gabriel as much as she could.

Wait she didn't tell him about Donavan until he shown up at their door.

Kay..now they are even.

The boy looked tired and she realized how early it was.

"Want to go lay down?" she would pick him up and take him to the couch and sit near hgim staring at the child.

WHAT THE FUCK WAS SHE SUPPOSED TO DO?!

Only thing she had ever done with a kid was teach them how to sing and play piano while she conned their parents into giving her money.

Maybe the kid would want some warm milk or something...MAN how some notice would have been great!

From the beginning Zeke had known something was up. Well as soon as they got home...He felt it not only in Mommy but in the place to. His little brow scrunching together.......

Yet Mommy left him in the car, and inside he felt her emotions go from worried to terrified...making his lower lip jut out in a pout, as tears started to fill his eyes...he was scared....if she was, he was..Mommy never got scared.....

Then she was back, and she spoke with that smile she always gave him, making him feel a bit better.....Uncle Gabriel.....YUSH!!!

Epix day with Daddy and now with Unky Gab...More play time!!!

The little clap he offered enough to tell her yes he was ready....

Just then she took off and it seemed like everything was flying by..her emotions all over the place and him unable to keep up....

Then they were there, he was jerked out and stuffed into the arms of another woman..........

Then as Mommy left, he felt her....heartbreak, though he did not know that....So of course he started to get upset....

Then the woman spoke to him and carried him to sit on the couch, everything finally slowing down and catching up to him.....

All he could do is cry...loudly.......

"Unky!!!!!!!

Those beautiful eyes now filled with tears a he sniffled and the tears rolled down his little cheeks. Daddy said dont trust strangers...Lady was stranger....he wanted his Uncle! Soooo he cried.....

Sure the binky would shut him up, but it was in his bag...So he screamed...like he was in pain..because that was the last emotions he got from Mommy......

Pain.......So much pain....... He had to let it out somehow......

Of course Gabriel was sleeping, he'd pulled an all night shift at the Institute the previous night and was no suffering for it with a gratuitous amount of sleep. He felt fairly bad walking in to a home without any audible depiction of how it was to Alexis rather he simply came in went upstairs and passed out. It was obvious based on the way he was dressed, half in and half out of his work attire.

Then of course he awoke to the sound of crying thinking to himself 'When did we get a baby?'

"Unky!!!!!!!"

'Who let Kevala in his house?'

Jerking up into a run he nearly fell down the stairs hurtling them before he managed to catch his footing. A pair of emerald hues fixating on Alexis first and then towering over Zeke. The speculative glance towards Alexis as wondering how he got in here and then a cautious one to make sure Kevala wasn't waiting in ambush to trap them all.

"Where's his Binky?" He'd shoot the question with something of a smile to Alexis as though this were another one of his games before Gabriel jumped the width of the couch rolling in front of Zeke to poke him in the mouth and shut him up.

"There we go, now quickly the Binky is his only weakness." Gabriel would say with something of a chuckle.

Then in mid scream he felt a finger in his mouth, eyes opening to see Unky there and his mouth closing about the finger...

*omnomnomnom*

All the while his little arms reached out as he scooted forward on the couch, a place he usually didnt get to sit all alone but hey whatever lady......

Little hands opening and closing as he tried to get picked up, sniffling as tears continued to stream down his face. A whimper escaping him as he nommed the finger....

The word binky catching his attention and another sniffle offered...yesh! BINKY!!!!

Then one hand came up, grabbing the finger in his mouth and pulling it back a bit so he could mumble softly......baby crying gibberish...still clearly upset.....

"Mamma....Eke Mamma"

He started to cry once more though he was eager to drag the finger back into his mouth and nom on it some more....

*omnomnomnom....bite....omnomnom*

Finally reaching the edge of the couch as he tried to get to his Uncle.....Wanting away from the strange lady.......

Listen to Daddy Zeke...Do not trust strangers...Ever..."

Those words were something he heard any time he got near a new person, so that was what he knew now....Daddy was very clear on that one......Dun trust new peoples! Creepy lady was new peoples!!!

Not to mention he wanted his Mommy. Mommy always made the bad stuffies go away!!!

And he started to cry.

A look of mild disgust arose from her pretty features as she stood from the couch and looked at the baby.

Shit.

Then low and behold Gabriel was soaring through the air to put a stop to it.

Binky?

"Where is the binky? HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW! Who is this kid Gabe?! Gawd next thing i know I'm baby sitting what the hell..." she mummbled and complained as she left the living room in search of a binky.

Then there was a baby bag...

Kay cool...

She looked through the bag and grabbed a yellow binky and jogged back to the baby.

"here you go little guy." she said while reaching out to give him the binky... yeah she was standing somewhat behind Gabriel scared of the child as if it were a demon child...must have been if he was in fact Gabriel's nephew and son of Kevala.....

"Gabie...make him stop.."

[Gabriel Seran]

"Where is the binky? HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW! Who is this kid Gabe?! Gawd next thing i know I'm baby sitting what the hell..."

Gabriel grinned innocently as though he was entirely free of blame in this situation. Funny thing was he could probably edge his way out of this and let Kev take the blame seeing as she no doubt had dropped lil' Zeke off without forewarning.

"Mamma....Eke Mamma"

"You be quiet," Gabriel mumbled in a humored tone picking his nephew up and hefting the lil' one into the nook of his arm. His Left finger still undoubtedly attached at the mouth being nibbled on as it slowly decayed to the youth's dull inscissors.

"here you go little guy."

"Um..." Gabriel would start to say shooting her a warning glance as to re-chose her weapon of choice but not verbally communicating it. rather he'd mouth BLUE! in an exaggerated fashion.

"Gabie...make him stop.."

"Sure thing, one sec..." Gabriel would carry little Zeke handing him off to Alexis as he stayed there for a moment staring down his cousin.

"Lexi, this is my nephew Ezekiel, Zeke this is your Auntie Lexi.." With a nod he'd turn around to grab the Dinosaur doll before moving into the living room and sitting there mock playing with it as a ploy to distract Zeke from crying again.

Then he was picked up, his head instantly leaning against his Uncle as he eyed the woman evily...She didnt like him, he could feel it, and he was not happy about it....

Then he spotted it, the yellow binky.....But before he could cry out, he heard the woman speak.......

Make it stop?

Time to try the trick Daddy taught him that Mommy didn't like but then she wasn't here....

His little tongue being jutted out at the woman who looked like she was scared of him......

THEN he started to cry.......Only to be handed off to the evil devil woman who didnt like him!

His little hands pushing against her as he tried to get away. Then when he realized he couldn't he went for the pretty hair, a little hand wrapping in it and tugging it to his mouth....

His eyes diverted to his dino and the way that Unky was playing, his free hand reaching out and making a grabby hand for the toy....

Though that did not stop him from nomming on the hair....Which yes, was intentional, because he knew how much Mommy hated it, he was sure the evil lady who hated him would REALLY hate it.

Just more of his Seran blood starting to surface. Perhaps he had been spending too much time with Daddy like Mommy kept saying?

Nahhh! Daddy was fun! He made all the pretty lights and stuff and had those pretty ladies that fed him and hugged him and gave him anything he wanted........

She saw Gabe mouth the word blue....

She looked down at the distressed baby and then at the binky.

OOOOH

She tried retracting the bniky before he even saw it and before she knew it..the baby was in her hands. He wiggled and shoved her with his little arms. She grabbed him around his torso/rib area and held him away from her as if he was stinky. He stuck his tongue out her and she did the same in reply...

Now... She felt a large tug on her hair.

DAMN LONG HAIR!

Her face scrunched up when he tugged hard and brought it to his mouth.

"EEEEWWWWWY!" then the baby was playing with a dino....

Now when I say baby.... who do you think?

Gabriel is the answer.

"Auntie? Man..."

WHEN DID I DIE AND GET MARRIED?!

"Take him take him!"

She stretched out her arms..of course it would only make the grip of the hair pull tighter... kay...well it hurt... If Gabe grabbed him she would grab onto the chunk of hair Zeke held onto and try and pry his little fingers open with her other hand.

"Saave meee."

"Take him take him!"

Gabriel chuckled with caution, he was enjoying Lexi in a bit of distress, generally she seemed do handle things so easily at least through his eyes thats the way it seemed. With a reluctant grin he took Zeke by the waste and with his index finger poked the boy in the stomach a signal to release his kung-foo death grip.

"Saave meee."

"SAVED! Who's your superman?" Gabriel proclaimed with a wink as he laid down beside the plush dino putting Zeke atop it to perhaps battle it out for the fate of mankind or some other childish game he'd missed out as a boy.

For some reason it came naturally, this father thing, he loved playing with the kid in a carefree environment devoid of problems that transgressed violence to threaten mortality. This seemed so carefree. Difficult but easy all the same.

"K'mere." Gabriel patter the floor in front of himself between the dino & Zeke and a space for her to snuggle up before Gabriel would enclose round her to poke Zeke.

With an elongated arm Gabriel would grab the Dino's far arm and use it to move the dino to his will marching it up to Zeke before giving the boy a playful sock in the face. "early training"

Then he was pulled away, making sure to take a bit of hair with him...Haha! Win!

Then DINO!!!!

He clapped his hands happily and started slapping it in the head...cause that was just fun....Die!!! yesh he had such thoughts....

Then the Dino was moved, and before he could really protest or try and track it down he was smacked in the face.

UGH!!! His little hand reaching out and grabbing up a block, one that had spilled forth from his diaper bag that had been knocked over he guessed when evil lady grabbed the WRONG binky!!!

Gripping the block he aimed and fired right at Uncle Gabe's head....

No fair hitting with the dino!!!

His brow scrunching together and making him look JUST like his Father in that moment as he grabbed at the dino and tried to pry it away from mean Uncle Gabe.......

"Mine!!! Eke ell Dada!!"

Oh yeah, he was not above telling his Daddy! So there! haha!

Hand grabbing up another block and this time firing it at the evil lady!

Yeah....NORMALLY he was cute, but he had a rough day thus far...A very rough day........And it was just getting started....

Lexi was now missing some strands of hair...

When Gabriel took the baby he of course made a super hero joke and she rolled her eyes. "I donno..let me know when you see him..."

Then they were now all on the floor. Gabriel patted the floor and Alexis looked at the location. Between him and the baby.

Her eyes went bug eyed and she shook her head "no" in a panicked gesture.

"Oh nonono! He doesn't like me!"

Then Gabie would get a block to the head...as so would Alexis.

Though from her distance she would duck.

DAMN KID'S GOT A MEAN THROW!

She ran to the bag and reached in. Her hands slipped across the feel of a binky.

PLEASE BE BLUE!

She pulled it out annnnd

YUS!

She handed the baby the binky in hopes it would be a some form of truce.

"Binky?" then it hit her! "Oh I can sing you a song!!" Alexis ran and grabbed Gabriel's Guitar. Alexis was trying to pick up that skill...but of course failed.... but she knew one song and one song only...it wasn't a happy one but hey... Babies usually enjoy some form of music.

"Oh nonono! He doesn't like me!"

Gabriel laughed a bit, "You gotta give him a little breadth, Children are fickle...watch him grow on you," Gabriel said in her direction before turning back to Zeke receiving the harsh blow of a block to his face scrunching his features as the corner hit hard. "Isn't that right you sweet little pain." He'd mouth in a baby voice poking Zeke in the cheek again.

"Mine!!! Eke ell Dada!!"

"I DARE YOU." Gabriel glared back, his stares normally very intimidating this one had the fuel of challenge bred into it. In his beliefs Seran's would be bred strong and he wasn't going to go easy on Zeke just because he was a baby this meant war....on a very childish level be it that.

Having the dinosaur tugged from between them Gabriel essentially tugged to a point the dino was going nowhere before....Push. The Dino came charging at Zeke from force alleviated from Gabe's side tackling the small baby with all it's plush strength.

"REWR!"

Gabriel backed off of Zeke following that as Lexi presented the gift of equality and offered forth a beautiful song to which he followed all the way through. He'd heard her sing it before but he never got tired of her voice wanting to provoke her to sing more.

"Wewt!" He'd voice with a salvo applaud leaning back and staring at Zeke.

That stare only got one in return. Oh he was so telling. Making a mental note to make a mental note to remind himself to tell Daddy that Uncle Gabe was being mean!

Then came the attack!

ACK!!!!!

His little body toppling over as the dino attacked him. A little squeal of laughter as he hit the dino and wiggled away from it, before of course the dino gave in...cause Zeke always won!

WIN!!!

His eyes turning to the evil devil lady, then back to Uncle Gabe, then back again.....

A little huff as he crossed his arms over his chest and listened. Meh.....She was good...He supposed...But she still was scared of him.....

Well either way, he noted the moment of distraction in Uncle Gabe, picked up another block and let go....Aiming to nail him in the chest this time.

HAHA!!

Another giggle before he rolled over onto his hands and knees, since it was faster, and crawled off to hide behind the couch, looking about and grabbing a couple blocks on the way....

The baby of course A.D.Ded on the song.... usually happened when children were that age..they always wanted to focus on other things...and they would forget something so easily.... but of course he didn't forget the battle him and Gabriel had. As Gabie cheered her on the baby threw yet another block. She was happy it wasn't aimed at her...though she was sure if it was aimed at her then it would be more out of hate rather than fun..which was what he was doing with Gabriel.

It would be pretty kick ass if she was able to take care of babies....she just never been near one... that and how the hell did she know what babies liked!? All she could remember liking was music.... before that she was too young to care...or she just doesn't care for remembering that far into the past knowing full well what horrible parents hers were.... maybe that's what she would need to do...act like a parent..but one that she never had...

Zeke then bolted 'er behind the couch and so...this is how it was gonna go..

Alexis smiled at Gabriel and tip toed to the couch.

"Gabriel? Did you see where Zeke went? It's like he disappeared!" the volume of her voice was high so Zeke would be able to hear her... She snuck up on the couch to take a peak at which Direction Zeke was facing...then receded back before he could see her. Alexis tip toed to the side he wasn't facing and looked at Gabriel. She then pointed to the other side of the couch (which was where Zeke was facing and ready to throw blocks)

"Go that way.." she would mouth to Gabe and so Zeke wouldn't hear her plan. "Hmm... I think we lost him, uncle Gabe..."

And when Gabe would pounce (if he did) she would come up from behind and tackle Zeke while he was distracted with his uncle....

Then!!

"TICKLE MONSTER!" and she would tickle his sides!!
