the young man muttered to himself as he walked slowly through the halls, currently unsure if he was to be in class or not. He thought no. Why? No one else was. Pointless question? Yes. Rendundance in the making? Maybe. His hands made their way out of his pockets and greeted one of their closest friends; the forehead. They were even kind enough to make a trip north and greet his neighbors; the Bangs! They ran through them ever so calmly, exchanging pleasantries and how-do-you-dos, you know, the normal stuff, and suddenly made their way back down and slapped against his thighs as he exhaled quite loudly. He really didn't know what to do. Picking up his pace ever so slightly, he jammed his hands back into his pockets. He didn't know anyone but Jayr yet, and she wasn't around. No one really to talk to. Thinking random things to himself, he quickly rounded a corner. However, the moment his heels hit the tiled floor he came to a screeching (no, not really) halt as to avoid yet another conflict of human body crashing into human body. The outcome was never good. "Oh, uh.. hey there."[/ul]

Charlie was wandering the halls, she had just left the girl's restroom after giving herself yet another fix. Today was a bad day, she was so bored and school was dragging by so slow, and on top of that she was sure if this kept up she would run out of her stash before the day was up, which would not be good at all.
Huffing softly she shrugged her bag back up onto her shoulder, her eyes cast downward to the ground ahead of her as she tucked her fingers into the back pockets of her jeans. That skin tight white halter top she wore accentuating every soft feminine curve of her body as she ran her tongue over her perfectly polished lips.
The belly button ring she wore, shown clearly by the lack of clothing over that section of her body, glinted in the florescent lighting of the school's hallway. The little blue gemstone in the shape of a heart that dangled from a tiny chain catching the light just perfectly as it swayed just above the button of her jeans in time with each gentle rock of her hips back and forth.
She was at a loss on what to do now....she was in between classes, and god knows she was not hungry, and honestly she was not up for much of anything else. She had yet to really meet anyone here, at least anyone she could term friend.....or at least she did not think so.......and she had not seen her sister all day.
Yup today was shaping up to be rather dull, and the prospect of cutting school all together seemed more and more appealing. Yet just as she neared the corner to turn down yet another dull and boring hallway, a shadow fell over her, a pair of feet coming into her line of sight just in time to have her abruptly halt, taking a step back slightly to avoid being plowed over.
The sound of his words drawing those eyes upward, a lock of her hair falling across her right eye and obstructing her vision just slightly. Though it really did not make much difference and she was still able to take in his appearance, of course that normal, casual smile crossing her lips as she giggled just slightly at the awkward manner in which he had spoken.
"Hi there. Boy aren't you a road block waiting to happen."
Her laugh friendly and light upon the air, those eyes shimmering with life as the light refracted off of them. Now that smile was a bit more genuine, a bit more happy...though it was unclear how long that would last. Knowing her luck this guy would take her joke to heart and then yeah....she would have another macho guy with a swollen ego on her hands. Juuuuust what she needed.
But for now, she would simply continue to smile up at him and hope for the best.

He refrained from saying much other than that. It wasn't too much nor too little to say, hopefully. Of course, if he continued, it might've been a good thing. Or, probably not, if she didn't like hearing life stories the moment she met someone. No one liked that. So, time to think of what to say. With a shrug, the burly man's hands came out from his pants and were about at shoulder height, the crick of his elbow making the armor form a 'V.' This gesture sort of implied a 'sorry.' Mayhaps. Not quite sure. "Yeah, uh.. Sorry. My name's Mekiel."His right titanically muscular arm outstretched (not exactly, since she wasn't too far away and his arms were quite long) as he held out a hand, unsure of whether or not she'd take it. Hopefully, yeah. Maybe things'd go just like they did before. Pssshh, yeah right. Different person this time. His head would tilt slightly to the right, causing his light blond bangs to fall gracefully over his eyes, his left hand would retreat to the side, his thump reacquainting itself with the pocket. Oh, the comfortable pocket. [/ul]

She could not help but laugh once more at his comment, her slender brow perking up just slightly as she let her hand fall upon his chest and pat it lightly.
"You just keep telling yourself that big boy. Meanwhile I will just remember that if I ever need a nice shady spot to sit and read, I can just find you. I think you would work better than most trees."
She giggled once more and then would let her considerably smaller hand come forth to shake his own as it was offered, the feel of her soft, silken skin against his own quite a contrast but nothing that she really seemed to mind or notice. She was used to being a people person.
"Name's Charlie. Its nice to meet you Mekiel and thank you for stopping....I think your footprint on my ass would have made my next photo shot a bit more troublesome."
That smile she gave him seemed to light up her features, accentuating her delicate facial structure all the more. As her head tilted slightly to the side, she would let her eyes meet with his own, holding her gaze there as she let one of her feet casually slide back and forth over the floor, just an idle gesture, since she was not exactly in the mood to stand still as a statue at the moment.
"So I have been here a couple weeks now....annnd I am pretty sure I would have noticed you lugging around by now..So my guess is you are new...right?"
Ah yes......the beauty of straightforward honesty and blunt, to the point comments. She was a girl sure, but she did not have time for this beat around the bush crap and coy mannerisms most girls used to get a guys attention. Charlie figured either she did or didn't, if he didnt like her, it was his loss. Pure and simple. Probably why she didnt have too many friends. Heh.

Didn't seem really sincere, but, honestly, he was. It wasn't often he was called anything other than a giant or a tank. Tree wasn't much better but it was new, at least. It kind of made the grin stretch out a bit. No, not like wrinkles forming from the insane pressure applied at either end of the mouth, but, you know, a good centimeter or two. He hand felt quite soft, as to be expected. It would honestly be quite scary if her hands were as masculine as his. The thought almost made him feel like throwing up. Of course, her touch matched her figure so there was no reason to be 'scared.' "Well, Charlie, the pleasure's all mine. And, now I'm sure you'll enjoy your next photo shoot. My foot and your ass haven't yet met, though it doesn't seem like they'll like each other much."Well, now, they've known each other a few seconds and already the smartass remarks have begun to fly. What is that a sign for, they already like each other? They already /dis/like each other? Hopefully it was the former rather than the latter but beggars can't be choosers. Wait, wait, wait. Wrong phrase for this, since he's not begging. Though it'll have to do since I can't think of what to put that makes complete sense. "Yeah, I'm new here. Second day, I've met a grand total of two people."He wasn't going to waste time telling sob stories of New York and the loss of his family. Why bother? The two only just met. They could probably find a bunch of other stuff to talk about. Hopefully, anyway.[/ul]

She liked this guy, the smart ass comments only making her that much more interested in sticking around and talking for a bit. He was so much better than some of the other guys she had seen around this place. At his comment about his foot and her ass she would put on a false pouty face, letting that lower lip jut out just slightly.
"What are you trying to say?"
She turned around then, that tribal band tattoo clear upon her lower back as her hands came out of her pocket so that she could slowly slide one over the curve of her firm, tight little ass. Starting at the top of her jean line, and inching downward, covering every inch until it reached the lower curve and then casting him a coy glance back over her shoulder.
"You don't like my ass? I thought it was rather cute."
She then grinned that teasing, fiery little grin she so often had and would slap her ass just a bit before tuning back around. A little bounce in her step as she did such.
"I mean, you seem to have some fine lines on you....Would it be too much to ask in indulging me in my fantasy that my ass is total eye candy?"
She laughed once more and then moved to press up against one of the lockers, her shoulder resting against the cold metal as she kept her eyes on his once more, her hands returning to tuck her thumbs into the pockets of her jeans.
"Well you are doing better than me. I have been here longer and still hardly know anyone. Buuut then people seem to be a bit thrown off by me."
She shrugged, showing she really didnt care much at all. She was used to it and had developed a thick skin for the way people treated her.
"Though now I can say I have met somebody of interest. So yay you. Hehe. So tell me..where ya from handsome?"

he'd say with his usual confident grin. Going ahead and saying it all straight out wouldn't be the best personal choice, since he'd feel somewhat ashamed. He didn't know why. Something just kept him from saying it straight up. Oh well, though. It'd come out eventually. He did consider how lucky he had to be for the first two people he met to be to lovely ladies, however. There was a mighty lack of 'em in New York, to say the least. "Well, I can't necessarily say I'm doing better. Of course, I did have the luxury of meeting you, so one could say I'm pretty lucky."Mayhaps a stupid thing to say? Mayhaps. Still, he said it. Though, he thought it was kind of odd. She seemed friendly enough, and the 'demonstration' she put on would certainly attract lots of testosterone driven sausages. But, she didn't know many people? Huh. "Well, if I'm so interesting than it'd be 'yay you,' not me. Of course, in this case it's 'yay both of us,' actually," he would say with yet another smartassy tone. It was real easy to be himself all of a sudden. "I'm from New York City, hellhole of the U.S. What about yourself? You from around here, or no?[/ul]

"Hmm..I suppose it could be yay me....I mean you are nice to look at though honestly the size of you is a bit intimidating. I mean honestly, a girl has got to wonder just how she would handle you in bed."
She raised her brow and shook her head. What? She was being honest and very blunt. He was freaking huge and that only could lead a mind, such as her own, to wonder how the hell one got along with him when the lights were off and things were getting........intense.....
But either way she just shrugged and brushed her tongue to her lips before continuing. Oh New York....she knew it well, and oh how she fucking hated it.
" Originally from Canada, left there to be a model, winded up in New York, haaaaaaated it, and traveled to different parts of the world here and there. Though now I am trying to settle down a bit here. Hopefully it works out."
She gave another soft roll of her shoulders. She honestly did not care if it worked out or not, she just wanted to know that she had tried, and that she had tried to have some form of a relationship with her sister. Not to mention getting away from that abusive asshole who had drug her to New York in the first place.
"So, what are your plans for the day? Don't tell me you are one of those nerdy giant guys who has all the muscle and brawn but cant gather the guts to skip class...."
That grin ever in place as she spoke to him, finding herself having a rather nice time to say the least.

The man was still, in the thoughts of some, a boy. He'd never gotten 'intense' with somebody. Never found the person, the time, and whenever there was someone, history came in and ruined it. Of course, this wasn't home anymore, history would have to try real hard to bite his ass here. New York did really suck. He wouldn't deny it. Of course, she seemed interesting enough so New York wasn't really the topic of his thoughts anymore. Well, it wasn't in the first place, to be honest. The girl was. Of course. "Oh, ho, ho. I can understand that you don't know me well, yet, but c'mon, give me a bit of credit." He'd chuckle a bit, he wasn't usually talked to like this. It was kind of nice, actually. Who knew why? "Let's get out of here. This place is boring today." Skipping class was nothing new. It was a once a month or two thing at #552, so it wouldn't be bad here. After all, he had no parents to call.[/ul]

She would grin slightly and let her brow raise up just a bit. It was surprising to her that this guy didnt really know what she was speaking of buuuut hey some people just didnt get into the same line of thought that she did. Another reason it was so hard to make friends. Oh well!
As he went on about her not knowing him just yet, she would only grin a bit more brightly, that fire coming to her eyes once more.
"This is true, I dont know you just yet...But I am sure that I can handle the task of learning. Would just love to get my sneaky little hands all over you."
She threw the last part in, partially as a tease and partially just to get some form of reaction, though she was not entirely sure she would. Either way she would nod, getting out of this place was a great idea and she was actually gonna be able to do so with somebody that kept her entertained. All the more pleasant.
"So what do you wanna do huh? I got all afternoon and I am all yours big boy."
With that she shot forward, her small hand wrapping about his wrist as she tugged at him to follow her. In a place like this it was so easy to just walk out, and with this guy beside her who the hell was gonna tell her no? Pft.
Turning to walk backward for a moment she continued to tug, almost impatient to get out of here and have some real fun, whatever that might be. That was after all what her life was about.
"C'mon. Lets find something fun to do.....I am sure you can come up with soomething to keep a little thing like me entertained for the afternoon."
Another soft little laugh and then she would turn back around to watch where she was going, not wanting to run into anyone or anything, her hand still tugging at him, hopefully getting his big ass moving so they could get on with having some real fun instead of this imposed version the school tried to cast upon them.

This was quite funny, actually. Though, the problem was thinking of something to do. He hadn't thought of thinking of that till she mentioned it. Hell, the thought of thinking of thinking of it didn't occur till the almost run-in. So, thinking of the plan of action was already going to be a hassle. No guy really ever said 'Let's get out of here,' and then followed up with 'I don't really have any idea what to do.' It was bad, y'know? BAD."Well, y'see, I was about to suggest our 'plan of action' of sorts, but then something occurred to me. I might suggest something and you would find my decision really, really dull, and the whole 'Let's get out of here' would have been for naught." Oh, the words of the definitely unwise. How they soothed the heart so. "But, hey. There's this really creepy place across from my house. We should check it out."Oh, yeah, he was smooooth. [/ul]

She giggled slightly, not about to release his hand as she continued to tug him along with her out the front doors of the school. It seemed like somebody was not sure on what to do, which for him being such a big guy, it was sorta cute.
Then the mentioned the creepy place and as she made her way down the walkway of the school she would turn around and walk backward once more, those eyes bright with curiosity and excitement.
"Sweet! Like old, abandoned, run down creepy? Cause yeah that would be totally awesome."
She smiled, the genuine excitement flaring up in her at the prospect of going some place new and some place that would be interesting and fun. Places like that were always fun because you never knew what you were gonna find. Be it just little trinkets left behind, some sick twisted story left painted into the structure of the place or something really worthwhile. It was just the fact of learning about the place and having fun that really got to her, and that showed in her every move.
"Oh then we can go back to your place and grab something to eat...cause yeah I will probably be starving by then and since you said it was right across from where you live....I get to explore your place as well. Sounds like a great plan."
Yeah she had pretty much just invited herself buuuut she was honest and she was blunt as stated before and it made sense in her mind so she figured it should in his as well.

[pink]~*~Time Skip?!?!~*~[/pink] He'd speak with a grin as he slammed his right foot into the door. Being as weak as it was, it crashed and flew off of the hinges, crashing loudly in the back of the room. Of course, you couldn't see the back, it was dark as sin in there. Water could be heard, the sound of little droplets as if off in the distance. Mekiel pulled out his cell phone and opened it, using it as his light source. "Well, seems here we've got a really old cave. Possibly, there could be a leviathan in there, so I'm going to ask that all passengers be wary of tentacles. Follow me, please."[/ul]

Her eyes looked up at the place with a bit of adventure in them as she followed him up to the door, as he kicked it from the hinges she would smile. Yet then as he spoke, using his cell phone as a flashlight she would fake a little bit of fear and wrap her arms around one of his much larger ones, pressing her smaller body against his tightly.
"Oh no...well I better stick extra close to you then to make sure I am safe. Don't need some slimy tentacle reaching out and grabbing me now do I?"
She tilted her head up to him to once more give him that charming little smile as she tugged a bit to get moving, those eyes scanning the room as they moved along. There was spay paint on some of the walls, signs that others had ventured in here and made a mockery of the place, which was so often the case with abandoned buildings. Yet, besides that, there was something eerie about this place, something that spoke out of troubling times that had once happened here.
It was enough to send a chill down a person's spine and she had to admit that it did so to her, yet the fact that she was wrapped around this mountain of a man's arm and pressed against him made her just suck it up and move on.
Papers littered the floors. Documents it would seem, and they all trailed into one room, the one room of course which she would nudge him in the direction of.
She wanted to find out what this place had been, find out what sort of tragedy had befallen it and led it to be closed down and left to ruin.
"Any clue as to what this place used to be?"
She would release him once they were in the room, eyes falling over an old filing cabinet in the corner, rusted with time and signs of people trying to pry it open marred the doors.
Bending down, she would reach into her back pocket, producing a set of hair pins, her teeth capturing her lower lip slightly as she concentrated, that bottom of hers swaying back and forth subconciously as she worked to pick the lock.
Bah!
Abandoning her task she would reach into her other pocket, pulling out her own cell and pressing the button on it to find the application for flashlight. Gotta love the iphone....Once it was on, she would place it between her teeth and return to working on the lock.
Yes, she may have been a little model for runways and magazines but inside she was a delinquent at heart.

He stated this with a cocky grin and once more sent his right fist slamming into yet another section of rust. The two areas collapsed and there was now a large line for one to sift through that area of the cabinet quite easily. "Should suffice for now."God, that hurt.[/ul]
