10 posts with 20 charisma would equal:
[10 ÷ 5] x $15 x 2
2 x $15 = 30 x 2 =60

This is slightly trivial, but wouldn't it be much simpler to just put

{ (number of posts) x3 } x (tens digit of charisma)?

10 posts and 20 charisma:
(10 x 3) x 2 = 60.

The division by five and multiplication by fifteen would cancel out, equalling multiplication by three, leaving the whole process rather redundant, in my opinion.
