Persona

[/u] Her personality is still yet to become clear. Though she is a docile girl for the most part, not wishing to cause trouble, there is something inside her brewing, wanting to strike back for everything that has been done to her in this life. She is dependent upon Mischa and David as of right now. Though the bulk of he dependency falls upon David, constantly finding herself checking to make sure that he is at least nearby in order to get the sense of safety she was lacking while in the asylum. Again that connection in her mind coming into play. Yet she has become more determined, though with it comes a cost, she has closed herself off from people, and has a strong dislike of being touched by others, especially those of the opposite sex. She is still changing though, and as she continues to recover from the asylum, and build her life as Ceraphine, she is guaranteed to change. Not only because it is bound to happen as she gets used to the outside world, but because of the fact that it is simply the type of person she is. Constantly changing and adapting to situations in order to survive. It is how she has made it through her life, and how she is most likely to continue to do so.

Though heavily dependent upon her emotions, a very passionate person, who will stand up and fight for those she loves, she tends to sometimes let them get the best of her. It does not help that she feels the emotions of others, and in her current state they are more likely to affect her on a deeper level than they would if she was of strong mind.

Mentality:

• Renfield's Syndrome; Clinical Vampirism -

[/color]This is a condition in which the sufferer believes that he or she must consume blood in order to survive. The affects of the disease can become so real to the holder that they exhibit physical symptoms as a result. In Ceraphina's case, the brains stresses the bodies need for blood so strongly, that it can cause massive headaches, dillusions, and lead to the body itself believing that it is being shut down. In other words, the brain thinks it will die without the blood and in turn the body reacts tosuch...During these stages it is hard for her to consume normal food that she eats every day...Holding down water becomes a difficult task and she starts to lose her grip on reality, or at least her concept of it.

Though due to the fact that she has ceased to exist as Kevala, she has taken it into account and has learned to control her condition with the use of "other" methods which she keeps secret unto herself. Though she is prone to moments where doing such grows harder to do and slip ups are possible.

[/li][li]Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)--Though this is a disease normally diagnosed in children, it is not uncommon for it to carry on through adulthood. The difference being that most adults manage to find coping mechinisms to help control the disorder.

Though in the case of Ceraphine it has become significantly less prevalent in her day to day life. During her stay in the mental institution, the medications they injected her with had a severe impact on her ADHD and as a result it is less likely to take hold though her mind is still prone to wander. Mostly she is able to better outwardly control it.

[/li][li]Depression--It is still debatable as to the cause of depression in certain individuals, though the most common belief is that it is a chemical embalance in the brain. Whatever the cause, it can lead to lack of interest in things, irregular sleep patterns, irregular eating habits and even suicidal tenencies.

Though the bouts of depression still are prone to strike without much notice, they are not so severe as to lead to thoughts of suicide. Instead Ceraphine chooses to keep to herself mostly, staying away from people in order to better control her emotions. The only ones she lets close to her during these times are Mischa and David.

[/li][li]Empathy (Empathic Ability)-- This is a condition that is debatable among many scientists as to its actuality, though if you were to ask Ceraphine she would tell you that it is a very true and somewhat annoying condition. It allows her the ability to sense the emotions of those around her. Though she is not able to do much with this ability other than try and bend her mood to suite their own. Though there are times where their mood will conflict with her and her response will be to act in the exact opposite mood.

[/li][li]Night Terrors-- This is a condition most common in children, though Kevala suffered from them all her life, though it was not to the degree to which she does now. Though they do not strike very often, they do strike and when the do she is prone to panic attacks. It is simply due to the fact that during a night terror the brain has a hard time distinguishing the dream from reality even when the person is awake. So basically what she sees in her nightmares are still there when she wakes up. Though she has found that they are severely reduced when she is able to sleep near David. That connection her mind made between him and being safe still there and carrying over into her sleep even as she progresses in her healing.

[/li][li]Aphephobia-- This is a rare specific phobia that involves the fear of touching or of being touched. It is an acute exaggeration of the normal tendencies to protect one's personal space, expressed as a fear of contamination or of the invasion, and extending even to people whom its sufferers know well.

Sometimes the fear is restricted specifically, or predominantly, to being touched by people of the opposite sex. In women, this is often associated with a fear of sexual assault.[/li][/ul]

Ideal:To rebuild her life and make it more than what it had been before, to become more than her "past life" would have allowed.

Aesthetics:

Ceraphile is short in stature, very short in fact. Standing at a mere 5'2" in height and weighing only 107 lbs. She is petite to say the least but yet still hold the lush, sensual curves that make her stand out among most women. With long, black, silken hair that extends down to the lower half of her back and lavender eyes that shimmer with the light a most beautiful manner, she is quite the beauty even still. Though there are still marks on her body due to her time in the asylum, but during her stay there, many things were altered, and many of the scars she once carried were removed. As was her appearance. Though at the time, due to the condition she was in, it was hard to tell. However, as she gets better, and healthier the difference become more apparent.

Apparel Information

Head Gear: Typically she does not wear much, other than a baseball cap or the hood of her jacket. Other than that, she is limited to hair ties which is used primarily during fighting and the occasional headband, which is very unlikely unless the occasion calls for it.

Shirts:Though she has a liking for tank tops and things of that nature she tends to wear more t-shirts and things like that. When she does wear her tank tops now, she usually wears a jacket or something like that to conceal her from most people's views. Not wanting to draw too much attention to herself just yet.

Pants:Jeans, usually ones that are very form fitting and stop at her hips ( hip huggers ) though she will wear more lose fitting jeans these days and as always she has her black workout pants she uses when working out or exercising.

Shoes:Typically she wears either combat boots, or sneakers. Converse being one of her favorite brands as of late, though she really has no preference so long as they are comfortable and they fit the needs she has.

Misc.:She might, and it is a big might, wear dresses if needed, though it is not likely anytime in the near future. Also, she is typically carrying a backpack which contains the things she seems to not be able to let go of. Not wanting to let them out of her sight since she still uses them as a security blanket or sorts.

The remnants are still there, somewhere within her mind, but they have yet to be unlocked and it is most likely that even when they are, her style will change due to training under a different person other than Gabriel Seran.
