Rules for Jobs: To Rp a job all you need is a thread in this section. You can RP with yourself or you can RP with others involved. Restrictions are as follows:- You can only post one work thread per a month
- Soon as your Job thread ends the one month waiting period starts before you may participate in another.
- Posts are required to be 500 words or more
- Extra gifts may be given to you in the event you write your posts longer than necessary or have a particular amusement edge to them. Aim for this to be fun for both you and the Moderators reading.
This is the calculation used to find the amount of money you've received. Be sure to PM a staff member when your thread is complete. { [ (number of posts) ÷ 5 ] x $15 } x (tens digit of your CHA) I find this a bit, well backward. I propose the following changes, I will highlight where I have made a change. Rules for Jobs:To Rp a job all you need is a thread in this section. Um no, Doing that you could more or less spam endless Job threads and is a bid for more money on an endless means. Though Pertaining to if another member in a co-lab thread goes absent you can begin a second one but the two cannot run simultaneously

Though Pertaining to if another member in a co-lab thread goes absent you can begin a second one but the two cannot run simultaneously Actually... no it would just mean that one could more efficiently move from one job to the next. As currently one has to finish a job which could take weeks, submit it wait one whole month before he/she could start/post/ect in another job thread. This way one could say post in two job threads, finish one and continue role playing in the other during the waiting period and submit it straight away. Not only will he/she have a much larger post it will also be of higher quality because he/she had that whole month to actually post it. For example: I start a job thread on July the first, I start a second one on July the seventh, I finish the first one on July the twelfth and submit my second on on august the twelfth. To be honest this would mean a higher quality of job threads. Feel free to talk to me over Skype or msn for a more in depth explanation as to why the system I'm putting forth is much better and how the one month "waiting" period in between submitting a thread is much better then the "waiting period" of nothing.

I understand but ifthats your viewpoint on the matter can't you just simply save a prewritten draft to a word document and then begin topost that soon as the waiting period is over. Otherwise I'm doingingbthe quality will be much better along with they fact that one could drastically expand their post count during the waiting period becomig an abuse

Well yes that's one way around it, and that's what I'm doing now, but there's also a flaw in that system. Unless you'd allow me or anyone else who has a pre written draft to post multiple times a day during a job thread then your solution takes just as much time.
For example I have a job thread I'm writing up now, It's currently 8 posts long roughly 7,000 words, yet I couldn't post it all in one day I would have to post it at a rate of one post a day meaning regardless of how long my pre written post is it would take just as long saving me no time, when I could be actually posting it during my waiting period and submitting it straight away.
