Gang Rules
What the heck is a gang and why should I join it?
A gang is a group of people who, through the organization, formation, and establishment of an assemblage, share a common identity.

A gang is a gathering of minds and bodies, many of which have similar strong beliefs. They gather together to accomplish things, any sorts of things. Why they gather is completely up to the leader, after all the gang could be anything that said leader wishes! It could be for correcting the ways things are or even to destroy! Really, its up to the members.
As for reasons wanting to be in a gang? It's probably a lot of work. But none the less, there can be benefits! Amazing fun, a constant thing to do, of course the ability to effect the story in your own way! Wouldn't it be fun to be able to change things, well try to change them.. Since there is a slight chance that people can take up the problem and try to right it! Really, its completely up to you whether or not to join a gang. It's just a way to get your point across and to have a little bit of an adventure.

A simple how to:
First of all, in character you and your group need to decide how things will be run and who does what. Like who is the leader and what not. In order to officially form a gang, you need a total of three members, one being yourself of course! The leader needs to have at least fifteen charisma points, no less! But more is always good! After all, with every extra ten charisma points you have, you can get more 3 NPC's for your gang. Fun right? The expendable people, you can throw into things; or just the bulk to make you look important. Why is that? Weeeellllll, if you decide to fight using NPC's you really get nothing out of it, all the experience gained is by the actual roleplayers! We can't be having pointless battles with the poor little NPCs! So, build up some stories and use them accordingly.
Example:
Max wants a gang!
Max Creates a gang. He has 60 charisma.
60 Charisma gets him 18 NPC's.
Each NPC has 60 exp to distribute amongst their stats, same rules apply as those for a normal student, to keep track of these stats a mini-bio for your gang is much appreciated either in your gang profile or in your own character's profile.
And finally, you are probably asking. How the heck do I make one out of character? Well that's simple! Go back to the gang board and you'll find a template! Fill that out, after gathering the correct numbers... They you'll wait for approval from a staff member!!
