The alignment of DeorcVeritas is insubstantial. The actions of the aforementioned gang shall be, first and foremost, subject to the ideals upheld by all of the members included within the body of the gang, secondly, the gang’s actions shall be subject to the will of the leaders.

The primary gang leader of DeorcVeritas is Jack O’Connor , however, this position is mainly fictitious and is only used as a figurehead. In reality, the leaders of the DeorcVeritas are both Jack O’Connor and Phoenix . These two individuals command equal respect and authority from their subordinates and interact with each other as complete equals. In turn, each of these individuals maintains a different division of the gang. Jack commands the Martial Division, also known as Invictus, and Phoenix commands the Intelligence Division, also known as Scáthach.

The rank structure of DeorcVeritas is extremely simple in design, yet efficient and effective in its physical existence. All members of the aforementioned gang are subject to the ideals of the gang, this is non-negotiable. Following the rank structure down, the gang splits into two divisions, Intelligence and Martial. The Martial division is the muscle and brute force of the gang and are responsible for the protection of the physical aspects of the gang, such as its territory, wealth and members. The Intelligence division is the brains and ideas behind the gang and are responsible for implementing strategies, propaganda and processing new members. Collectively, the Martial Division is referred to as Invictus whilst the Intelligence Division is referred to as Scáthach.
As the command line spreads out even further, the Martial division is split for ease of command. Contained within the Martial Division are two units, one is known as Sangius and the other as Thanatos. Each of these units is independent and may act as they want as long as the respect any prior commands by their superiors and do not disregard the ideals of the gang. Also, each of these units has a leader who is given authority over their squad.
Likewise, the Intelligence Division is also split for the purposes of command. Contained within the Intelligence Division are another two units, one is known as Scientia and the other as Timoris. Each of these units is independent and may act as they want as long as the respect any prior commands by their superiors and do not disregard the ideals of the gang. Also, each of these units has a leader who is given authority over their squad.
The form of command is similar to that of an oligarchy, this means that the command of the gang falls to a small, elite group of individuals who are responsible for the gang as a whole. Whilst considering this, the model of government known as the trias politica, or seperation of powers, is also used in this structure. Trias Politica simply dictates that the gang is split into different branches, in this case, Intelligence and Martial. When combined these political theories allow a chain of command that relies on two individuals, each in control of different powers, which work together to achieve the goals of the gang, whilst still maintaining individual, albeit it smaller, chains of commands within themselves.

Deorc Veritas is, in essence, a shadow. It is a clandestine organisation. This means that the only characters that will know about it are characters that are within the gang. Also, other characters should not arbitrarily discuss Deorc Veritas in normal threads as they wouldn't know of its existence unless they were part of the gang.
Natrually, this makes joining Deorc Veritas a little difficult, however, it can be avoided efficiently by sending a personal message to either myself or Jack expressing your intent to join.
