Having only been in San Diego for a short time, Seamus figured this particular Saturday was a good day to go and explore the city some, especially around the shoreline. Of course he did not drive into the city this day as he was unsure how well he'd be able to find a parking spot given the day of the week. It was a short bus ride to get to where he wanted to go. He stepped off the bus into the southern California sunshine wearing a simple white T-shirt, baggy denim shorts that just passed his knees in length, which were belted, his aviators, and sandals. Yeah, he decided to rock the sandals today in case he decided to make his way onto the beach at any point in time.
Thusly, Seamus began his journey around the area all the while making note of street names, shops, places of interest, and their general location in relation to what little he already knew about the city. Very now and then he found find a shop worth going in, granted he never bought anything but simply looked around perhaps for himself later or gifts for the members of his family. After awhile Seamus got a hunger about him and wondered into a small into Greek looking place to get a bite to eat. Much to his appeasement they had Gyros, which he promptly ordered one of with everything on it, of course, and a drink. He filled his drink at the soda fountain suicide-style, to those of you who don't know or remember that is what it is called when you get a little bit of everything all mixed together, and headed out the door to find a nice place to eat and people watch.
After a few short moments Seamus propped himself up against a railing on the walkway just above the nearby beach and began to munch on the delicious Gyro. As he chewed, the new resident peered around him at the beach-going babes. Shifting to take a sip of his drink, he noticed a passing group of attractive young women, probably in college, heading down. Naturally the sixteen year old gazed at the group even giving them a small half salute/half wave as they passed, which was not readily returned... still...
"I could get use to this city..."
Seamus spoke softly to himself after the group had passed, before taking another might from his food.
