[/i][/color] The red haired girl stood outside of a bus, her school mates clustered all around the school. Chattering away about the trip, saying good bye and making last minute texts. Goodbye cruel technological world! Hours on a bus...and the horrors of a green Forest was to await the students of Public High School 774.Why? Obviously because those who sit in an office and talk about feelings..and rearrange tables. Oh yes, they caused the monster of a trip.People with too much money cause the trip, since it kept costs low. Of how people loathes those in the guidance room. After all, who wants to spend a week straight, day and night with those from your school? Surely, as the sun sets, there will be trouble. Or at least once the bus starts moving. I've been ever so good...I can't wait to start the trip, all those delicious girls and boys..Ready and off guard. All the better to cut open...<3 I can't wait..It was Saphir,of course she was excited. The very idea of spending time in a forest, with no contact to the outside, with people... With those who could very well be vulnerable. PERFECT FOR AN ATTACK! Surely, there will be at least a few victims, not too many. After all, she didn't want to blow the cover for Hilde. Sweet girl, best tool for getting close to people. buwahahaha, it was all too good to be true. Usually is. The buses were assigned and the students began to board. People hurrying to claim the seats near the front. No one likes sitting in the back of a couch bus... Washroom closet, sitting near it was never fun.The noises, the smells, the people going in and out. Being someone early for a line, she manged to snag a good seat. not at the front, but not too close to the doom closet. a folded piece of paper was tucked in the pocket of her sweater, the corner sticking out as she sat back. Close to the window. Oh yes, best spot, all the better to sleep. Right? It was going to be a long journey... Too long. The destination wasn't clear, but should trips usually end up on the long side. "This'll be fun." Hilde mumbled to herself as she mouthed the words of a song. Ear buds in, she had dancey music pumping in her ears. Enjoying the moment of oddity she had. When a person arrives, it's time to act normal... Sad face. Leaning back in the comfy seats, Hilde closed her off coloured eyes for a moment. Reaching for the list, the girl unfolded the paper, bringing it up to read. One word....Strange. The dean..principal.. thing was a strange character, he made weird lists. Rock shaped like his butt? What did his butt look like? BEAR FUR!?!!? O_____O I get a chance to battle with a bear...? Awesome...What else? Feather...rock.. the rest seems norma--....YETI!?!? Really? How odd. ha ha ha ha. At that moment, Hilde was thankful, her principal thing had a good sense of humor. Or at least she was hoping it was humor.......[/ul]

It would seem as though his weekend of havoc and organized mishaps had come to an end only to be brought about to something of a childish play-feast. He quite honestly figured the idea of school to be easier off than this field trip at least there he could formulate his ranks. Uriel Seran dressed in his ordinary black facade came at a slow trudging pace, his heels all to regretful to lead into the next step. Toes extended only enough to etch off the ground as the front of his converse sketched on the ground leaving black marks.
"Is this necessary?" He spoke to a comrade who only replied with a lazy stare. "Fine then, if this is what I'm stuck with I'll make the best of it..."
Uriel shifted into a cocky glare grinning with deceit as a teacher herded him into the bus. Seems they'd be spending a week out of school, blasted that meant he'd go without his finer things. A glare as the teacher handed him a list. This list was grabbed by Goliath quickly and then chewed up behind gapping jaws. Uriel flinched slightly away from the morbid display.
"Seems I should feed you more, dog..." Relish in his voice as he enjoyed the position of power.
Long strides however carried him to the back of the bus. His eyes intently staring at the red headed chicken girl he'd played with just awhile ago. A framed grin lit his features, seemed as though their game might just carry on here.
"Hello again." he'd say taking seat beside her crossing his legs with a look of a mischievous nature.

Liana wasn’t sure exactly how she had gotten signed up for the trip all the way out into the Canadian wilderness for a class camping trip, but here she was standing outside the buses on the fringe of the crowd still milling about.
Even after being at 774 for as long as she had (which hadn’t been long at all) she still hadn’t made any real friends. Or acquaintances…actually. So as she shuffled forward, her bag already packed away with everyone else’s – save for the backpack- Lia waited patiently to get aboard, one of the last and found a seat, thankfully in the middle, but near the window. The slip of paper she had been handed before getting on was stuck in her back pocket, her fingers hooked into the strap of the bag on her shoulder.
Muttering a soft excuse me, she slipped past the front of someone’s knees, inching over past the person and using the headrests of the seats in front of her to help her along, Liana was finally able to drop to her seat. Letting out a breath she adjusted her bag in her lap before shifting it to her feet and remembering the list in her pocket. She hadn’t taken the time to look at it a few moments ago but seeing as how they would have hours ahead of them, might as well check it out now.
Lifting her hips and forgetting for a moment that she was sitting next to anyone Liana check over the list with more the a little disbelief. Some of the items were just ridiculous and she wondered if it was all mandatory. For one a rock shaped like the headmasters butt? Okay she could go with that, maybe something fun a little different for the students to find amusing. But… “we won’t really run into bears will we?” She found the words leaving her out loud.
Well it wasn’t like she hadn’t been camping before, but she had never been near the wildlife. With a hum to herself she folded the paper and stuck it back in her pocket, taking that moment to look around, finally noticing her neighbor, a quite familiar face.

Devon wasn't quite sure how he wound up roped into a camping trip, of all things. The last time he had been in the wilderness he had not enjoyed the experience. But there he had been, toward the front of the line, having arrived early thanks to being stupid enough to wake up so early he got bored and went to make a bit of trouble at school early. Only he found out that everyone was meant to be gathering at the buses, and he was waved over by a teacher.
After ten minutes if resisting the urge of making various animal noises, as he felt like a dairy cow being ushered to the slaughter, he begrudgingly stepped up into the bus, barely noticing the piece of paper being shoved into his pocket. Devon wandered to one of the seats he found suitable, and slumped down in the isle seat, figuring that no one would bother to sit next to him as he looked rather out of place in the school line up.
Gray muscle shirt, a beat up duffel bag resting between his loose fitting black shorts. The day felt humid to him, and he wondered of he shouldn't have even brought his bucket hat, as it felt damp on his forehead. Devon pulled the hat down over his eyes all the same and shuffled his shoulders back against the seat, his knees leaving only a little room to slip past, not expecting anyone to sit by a stranger.
Of course, strange people keep strange company. A familiar figure brushed past his knees, and he glanced up from under his hat, frowning as he noticed who it was. He tried to ignore her, for a moment, trying to deice how he should react to her presence. Was she following him around? No, not likely, it was a pretty big school that she lived close enough to to go. But it was very odd to have her sit next to him, and he was planning on staying quiet.
But then his mouth got the best of him. "Bears only eat prey and only kill what threatens their cubs. Don't let them fuck with you, and don't fuck with them." Devon glanced to his left, his brow raised slightly. "Who put it in your head that we'll run into bears?"

her red blue gaze focused on the window, watching the people on the street, the parents fleeing happily as they drop of their children. Hilde couldn't help but smile, she was going to miss her dad, but a week was a week. A chance to be out in nature, meet new friends, and...yeah. It was all good, right? Nothing to fear. Albeit the list items were strange, but that would just make things waayyy more interesting. An adventure even. Slowly becoming louder, the bus filled with chattering students as they went on about the week. Good and bad.
After all, not everyone wanted to go.
The presence of another pulled her from the window, causing her to sit up straight and look over at her seat buddy. He was blonde, dressed far too well for a camping trip..and was probably going to attract a lot of bugs. Someone familiar, whom she had met only once. Regardless, the girl smiled at him, it was polite, especially since they were to sit together for god knows how long.
"Nice to see you again." Friendly and sweet, like she usually was. "How're you today. Did you ever end up finding them?"
If only it wasn't rude, Hilde felt bad for it. She had overheard a girl in the seats before them speaking of bears. Oh yes, she couldn't help but hope they'd run into them. If only to see them in their natural habitat at least once. I hope we do...I want to fight it..BUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Train it...and teach it to do my bidding. I wonder what the rules are against pet bears...hur hur hur..
There was a certain excitement about the whole trip, she just couldn't wait to get on the move.To see the streets melt away and see the fields, forests...deserts... and everything! TO CANADA!!! Where it was bound to be lovely, something truly different from... Well, where they all lived at the time. Right? Something new. Her only regret was not bringing a bag on the bus with her...It was going to be a long journey, long but totally worth it...Or so she hoped.
[[Sorry about fail]]

The reaction he got wasn't the one he'd been suspecting so he met her seemingly upbeat personality with a frown of dislike. Yeah she was all too spunky to be endearing during this trip Uriel wanted to lurk to himself rather than have spunky chicken lady about but hovering in place he noticed the last of the seats were taken in front of him. With a distressed mental grimace he planted his hand on the shoulder of the seats before him where the new pair were sitting and tore roughly which would send a jerk in the seat that was barely noticeable due to his current strength but would come off as a submissive challenge.
"No...."
The perverse grunt in negation to her question as he'd sit down contorting his spine into an ark to hunch his features. he was being moody now, this was a trip away from where he'd come, a search with people he didn't like, and camping of all things, something he was especially not made out for.
*Clinck*
The bus throttled and jerked with the sudden burst of fuel running through the engine to start the machine. The weight of the vehicle propelling forward in the steady slow wheels as the vehicle pulled forward.
"Can I trade partners?" Uriel raised his hand unashamed to get someone's attention.

Liana's expression ran through several different expressions, the first being a kind of flat recognition to Devon and the re-account of their first encounter, then a smirk she hid by pulling her lips down into a playful pout briefly as she shifted in her seat to situated herself on her hip - facing him. Crossing her legs she finally just gave him an open smile. Her personality dictate that she gave the benefit of the doubt and he was of the cynical nature, she assumed - which didn't bother her much at all.
"Well no one put it in my head, but are you telling me that you know how to track bears? Or know what bear fur looks like off the bear?"
Raising an eyebrow she waited on his answer somehow doubting anyone on this bus was a survivalist enough to have that knowledge. When the bus started moving Liana was made to sit right in her seat from the jerking motion of the sudden take off. The atmosphere was quite rowdy and it was an interesting feeling she got from it all, much unlike that at school, which she was finding to be...not quite what she had expected.
Sure she should have taken Gabriel's subtle warning a little more to heart or a little more seriously. In all fairness she had been home schooled nearly all her life, and with traveling, she didn't listen to the news on a regular basis - she had basically lived in a bubble....a large bubble that included only what she wanted...but a rather sheltered existence nonetheless. Over the rising and falling sounds of the students she heard one in particular grabbing her attention that made her sit up straighter to peer over the back of the seat. A couple sitting just behind the two of them - a blond and a red head.
She couldn't help but smile a little wider to take note that he looked like he would rather be sitting in the bathroom at the back then there at the moment - though his words left that pretty obvious as well.

Devon didn't know the girl long, but their first encounter had been pretty memorable, and he was pretty sure that she would say the same. But despite that she still was on friendly terms with him, although he couldn't venture a guess as to why. He could only assume she was a naturally easy going girl, but even that didn't seem to properly describe how weird it was in his eyes.
He dropped his eyes down to see how she shifted herself. The way she sat could only be described as cute, and it effectively turned her whole body toward him, obviously showing her interest in having a conversation with him. Although he had to wonder if she realized how openly she was displaying her interest.
All the same he couldn't hold back his response any longer, his brown eyes slipped up and confidently looked straight into her eyes. "People don't hunt bears unless they are suspected to have killed someone or there is a special season. And I learned how to avoid bears, not hunt them." He took pause and shook his head, reaching out to poke her forehead. "I'd guess it looks about the same on them as it does off."
Devon's ears perked up at the sound of someone asking to switch up partners. Either to be an ass, or to keep Lia' from getting ideas of getting rid of him and sticking him with some random asshole, he spoke up. "Fuck no, stay in your God damn seat." He said, glancing toward the source of the voice, before turning back to glance at Liana, as though he were waiting to see if she would gasp or snicker.

How rude..
Try to be nice and sweet..only to be treated in such a manner. What was she the plague? Really, was she that bad? The smile never faded from her face, Hilde wanted to stop it, but you know. Smiling just helps,in some way. There were no words, she couldn't apologize. Since what she was just being polite. Silly men. Looking forward, the girl would try to ignore it. Keeping herself from laughing at the rejection from those around her. Oh...but wait. Was that because she wasn't a good person, she was a bother..or was it because they didn't like him?
.....That was mean.
That....bitch....
Smile and keep yourself together. Fighting the little voice in her head, the one that had said something horrible. Be nice, be sweet, make friends, have fun.... The scenery lost its luster as they moved on down the street, on their way to ye olde highway. It wasn't the same, someone had spoiled what was to be great.Perhaps it was the blonde, maybe it was her. Hilde blamed herself, trying to stay positive, while Saphir grumbled on, complaining, cursing. The voice that guided her was being rude, ignore it. Ignore it.
ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it.... ignore it... ignore it....
Enjoy the scenery, listen to the chatter, everything was fine and dandy, right?
...WRONG.
"Suck it up princess and deal with it. Stop being a royal pain in the ass." Her voice was cold and serious, very different than she had been before."Do you think I even want to sit near you? Especially if you are going to sulk the entire trip. yeh fun sucker..."
Oh there were so many things she could have said, but she was already acting out of character. The last thing Saphir needed was for people to question sweet darling Hilde. it would throw off her master plan. That wasn't going to happen, not because of some whiny bitch. She was angry, he wasn't cute, she didn't want to spare him.Although, he was going to need to deal with her wrath for a couple of house. Silent, subtle, and unsuspected. She'll act sweet, randomly attacking him. OH, it'll be great.
I'll teach princess to ruin my trip...

"Fuck no, stay in your God damn seat."
Uriel's eyes fired fiercely upward to the boy leaning over the seat though was hardly intimidated by this one. There was something about his follow up reaction of looking to the girl to his side as if for moral support that set the boy on the same level as Uriel; looking to someone else for help well he had that too except his back up was a giant. Turning to the side he looked over to Goliath and the giant looked as well with a dull stare his body rising noticeably from his seat out of aggression but only getting to semi-stand before...
"Suck it up princess and deal with it. Stop being a royal pain in the ass."
Goliath froze in his position, an appearance as though his battery had run out his stare dull and confused looking very concerned at Uriel as though there was nothing he could do, as though Uriel were behind a glass wall and out of grasp.
"Do you think I even want to sit near you? Especially if you are going to sulk the entire trip. yeh fun sucker..."
Uriel looked back a mixed expression on his face. Not sure whether to be scared or proud that the girl grew a backbone. His eyes holding a narrow quiver at the girl's frightening change in facade.
"Fine.... I'll linger..." He'd spit out trying to save his reputation and sitting down placating to her biding. Yes she'd won but who needed to know that he'd create a victory of his own terms. Goliath would sit back too even as the bus bounced over a rough bump jostling Uriel forward to knock heads with the girl in front of him.

High school...somehow this was exactly how she expected it would be, and she wasn't sure she was going to like it. Of course she didn't catch the change in the girls tone, now looking at Devon and raising an eyebrow, but snorting at his choice of words toward the guy. He was pretty wrong for just shouting out like that, they both were. Sitting up again straight and turning a little in her seat she was about to open her mouth - offer to switch seats with the guy when the pretty blond butted heads with her.
"....Ow-ah..." she breathed out lifting a hand actually stressing the 'o' before getting the whole syllable out. "Fine I won't switch seats with you then..."
Muttering that to herself she slumped back down into her seat rubbing her head in the sore spot now. Glancing over at Devon she wanted so much tell tell him not to say a word about that - in all honestly she wouldn't have minded trading out. Liana was still trying to meet new people and there was really nothing keeping her from doing it either, save for sucking it up to do it. Taking a breath and smiling before she even moved. She turned around in her seat completely, popping up to put her knees in her seat and look over the headrest.
Looking to the red head she stuck out her hand, "at the risk of being assaulted again, nice to meet you, I'm Liana." Glancing over the guy who - moments ago - had been adamant about switching, she lifted an eyebrow, "and you changed your mind awfully quick about wanting to move."

Devon wasn't entirely sure what had just happened, either he blinked or his attention span truly sucked. But either way he was watching Liana giving him an odd look, while still clearly being amused by his choice of words. Then a moment after she was breathing out a pained ow, and he was convinced he missed something. He glanced at the most obvious potential offender through the crevice between the seats, contemplating how easily he could crack his skull.
Not because he was a knight in shining armor, it would just be entertaining and he could already feel himself growing bored with the insufferable pace the bus was using to arrive at their destination. Unexpectedly the both of them had turned and shifted up onto their knees, or knee in Devon's case, and he glanced down to the blond, picturing what it would look like if he had a trail of blood dripping out of a busted lip.
He glanced to Liana as she introduced herself, grumbling under his breath as she effectively killed the mood. Try to start a decent brawl and the only slightly-sane person he knew in the state had to fuck it up by introducing herself. 'Fuck.' He thought to himself as he glanced to the red head, his brow raised slightly. "I'm Devon, and I still think you're a prick." Although he wasn't exactly a golden boy himself.

"That's what I thought..." She was mocking him, but it was fun.
Oh delicious taste of victory, it was about time she had it. What better to win over a large blonde baby? Her lips curled into a smirk as she watched her prey. The collision of heads and the lost offer of a seat swap. Don't switch...don't switch.. I wanna have my fun with princess.. Saphir thought to herself as two new people introduced themselves. Best to switch up...for now.
Sitting there silently minding her own business when some lovely looking young lady introduces herself. Although she had to sit next to someone so annoying, there was at least someone near her who seemed friendly. A smile set in, where the smirk had faded. Accepting the girls hand and shaking it. "It's nice to meet you, my name is Hildegard." Friendly and sweet once more, far different from the cold and cruel tone she had used moments before. Letting go of the girl's hand, Hilde would let her arm once again find the rest as she looked at the three people...a little confused...but happy.
He had changed his mind? That was good. Perhaps she wasn't that bad, or something. But it made her day to have people talk to her, the trip was going to be alright. Smile smile smile.
That's right princess.. let your guard down.. or not. Either way, it'll be more fun if you struggle... BUWAHAHAAHAAHAHAAHAHAAHAA!!<3
For a moment or two, Hilde had no idea what to say. What did one say to strangers on the bus? What was there to say? 'I'M ON A BUS!' Perhaps that wouldn't be the best. Maybe it would be best to let them talk first, that way she's safe from boring topics...and cutting them off. Liana.... Devon... What was his name again? Although they had met once before, Hilde didn't know his name. Would it be wrong to ask? Would it be rude to ask. When she looked over at him, a word came to mind. There was no reason, it wasn't the best of names.. But there was just part of her that seemed to think the name fit him, no matter how rude it was.... Princess.

"That's what I thought..."Uriel pouted to the extent of a baby grimacing his face at the girl, he could tell that tone of voice wasn't accepting and would just as soon crush him as look at him something that set him of edge. But of course the only way to act superior about it would be cocking his legs out into the aisle and averting his gaze acting unconcerned about her. Like he was "cool." "at the risk of being assaulted again, nice to meet you, I'm Liana." Uriel made a half effort glance peering through his bangs before blowing them with a wispy effort flawlessly flipping the curls over his eye. "and you changed your mind awfully quick about wanting to move."-hmph- Uriel's interest in the girl simply squelched as soon as she challenged him. A disapproving look in her eyes he could sense it or perhaps he was being paranoid. No he'd not be looked down upon not by such ravel. "I'm Devon, and I still think you're a prick." His frown turned upside down as the lil' emo boy shot back a tone of cockiness, like that boy had ever done anything with his life. Again that smile jutting out with a signal of victory. BFF for this weekend for sure. Uriel would simply extend his hand revealing his own call sign to the new friend. "It's nice to meet you, my name is Hildegard."Eyes teetered back towards his foe. Hildegard. Target numero Dose. Yes exactly, Uriel would be putting her down in the middle of some god awful night all it'd take is time, time and patience to find her very weak spot. Prolly bugs... Most girls were like that. "Uriel..." He'd mutter in a low voice cocking his head back into the aisle leaning his head off to the side not committing to verbal communications lest Devon wanted a finger convo.

Liana's smile widened to something a little more natural when the red head took her offered hand, shaking it and introduced herself as well. She honestly couldn't find the reason the blond wanted to trade spots to begin with, Hildegard seemed like a genuinely nice person. Well she could think of one reason why and that was he was a snob. Just by a passing glance the assumption could be made. He was obviously the type that was taken care of, by the way his hair shinned even better hers, his smooth and very nearly faultless skin.
For a moment she was almost transfixed on the fact the boy seemed physically faultless, his features on the delicate side and brought only one word to mind. Pretty. But her focus was interrupted by the two males - well he might have looked like a girl but he certainly had the temperament of a guy...that or a seriously fierce queen...
The thoughts were her own, however - they did threaten to bring a wry sort of smirk to her lips, but instead rolled her eyes at the way Devon and the blond introduced themselves to each other. Over the audible hum of tires against the pavement, the chatter of other students and the churning of the engine she nearly didn't catch the fact that Uriel muttered his name with a dismissive look on his face. Briefly a frown touched her face, confusion creasing her features having hardly heard him at all. Leaning in a little Liana perked an eyebrow up, and crossed her arms on the back of the seat.
"Well, its nice to meet you...um...Muriel," all of a sudden she was smiling again but turning her attention to Hildegard who seemed to be vastly more nice, and a hell of a lot closer to her personality. Not to mention she didn't think she'd eve seen hair quite that red before, she liked it, "so what do you think of this trip? Kinda weird don't you think?"
She completely took her attention away from the guys, not concerned for any quips or reactions there might be as she decided to converse with someone that wouldn't feel like they had to humor her or...flat out bother. She was almost tempted to ask if she would like to partner up to find some of the stuff on the list, but she wasn't sure if they were going to be put in pairs or if it was required they do things singly.
