Board Policy Changes

So basically I've been thinking this over for a good long while and looking to make a few changes to the board regarding staff powers. As noted over the years there's always the concern of Staff abusing powers, I've heard several things about a supposed "Hate list" on other boards and as staff and members we'd prefer this to never happen again. I'd like to implimente a mutual trust between staff and members mainly because I'd rather this board to be a conscious effort by all of us to feel as equals and friends at that and enjoy things a lot more. I have another prospect as well in mind in the future that I'd like input on from the members effective immediate assuming you'd all like the Staff board to be open.
