The Holograph is a club just north of the heart of the city. Heavy electronic beats pulse through the infrastructure of what was once an abandoned warehouse. A few years ago it was bought, renovated, and set to use as a source of nightlife entertainment. It specialized in electronica and synth-rock music, and had enough colored lights and strobe lights to make anyone see spots.
It was also one of Chihiro's favorite haunts.
Tonight she was dressed in a yellow and pink micro-mini, knee high go-go boots, and a yellow camisole with a slashed tight pink shirt over it. Her eyes were outlined in black with glittery turquoise eyeshadow to match her turquoise and violet bangles adorning her wrists. Her hair was pulled back into a high ponytail with a variety of ribbons and colors. Dressing up was one of Chihiro's favorite things to do, and she never hesitates to go all out.
Chi was currently at the bar, talking up the bartender and finishing off her first drink of the night. Like any self-respecting city kid, she had her own fake id with which to acquire alcohol.

Kale wasn't familiar with The Holograph, but this had been the place that the girl he had met the other day, told him about. The rave she had 'invited' him to, if you would. Kale hadn't given her a yes or a no, as to whether he would actually show up. Unfortunately for the large junior, he was absolutely bored out of his mind. He didn't exactly have anywhere else to be, or anyone else to meet up with. So what better way to spend the night then visit a place he had never been, to try and find a girl he didn't even know.
Kale hadn't really gotten all that dressed up. And he surely hadn't chosen such vibrant colors. He wasn't much of a fan of flashy, bright colored clothing at all. Instead the junior had thrown on a simple gray button-down t-shirt, with a pair of blue faded jeans. That familiar belt of his slung around his waist, with those black, slightly worn boots on his feet. As Kale made his way inside the renovated warehouse, those chocolate hues would catch all the dancing lights. The music had caught his ears even before he entered. And as the seventeen year old began to wade through the crowded place, he would feel the beat begin to settle into his mind.
While Kale had never been to this kind of event before, he was sure that it would have it's perks. He didn't like all the people, but that didn't mean he was going to let himself have a shitty night. He needed some good times in his life. He had decided to first place he was going to hit would be the bar. There was nothing like a little booze to help loosen up a bit. He had managed to wander up to the bar and signal to the keep for a drink. When the bartender neared, he'd speak out.
"Can I get two shots of whiskey and a rum n' coke. Stat."
Kale would finish ordering, and then turn so that his back would lean up against the bar as those chocolate orbs glanced out into the sea of people. He hadn't even realized that the girl he had talked to a few days ago was sitting right next to him at the bar.

Brightly made up eyes glanced over at the voice, whose owner stuck out like a bit of a sore thumb. Not a shred of color on him, the boy had decided to stick to a neutral color palate. Neutral, however, was too boring for Chihiro.
"Well, well, well...look what the cat dragged in."
Mused the Asian girl, sipping on her drink which, by the way, she hadn't paid for. In a place like this, it was pivotal to have the skills to get a guy to buy a girl a drink. Why waste all her own money when she can waste other people's? Especially now since her parents didn't give her money to spend as she pleased, Chi used her charm in order to get what she wanted.

Kale had barely caught the familiar voice over the music that boomed throughout the building. Turning his head, the junior would settle his eyesight upon a familiar face. Her name was still unknown to him, but her voice and that cute little face of hers certainly wasn't. He would soon turn to face the girl, settling one of his elbows upon the bartop to keep himself balanced as he talked to her.
"Heey.. Candypants, wasn't it?"
Course, he knew that wasn't her real name, but it was better then calling her nothing at all. Come to think of it, neither of these teenagers knew who the other one was. At least no their real names, or their pasts. She was simply an acquaintance, someone who had ran into him and then offered to eat lunch with him. But maybe this time he would get her name, and maybe should would get his.
"Wondered if I'd run into you."

A slight smirk fell across her lips at the name he called her. Yes, it was true they still didn't know each other by their birth names, but it was clear he recognized her from the other day at lunch. Chi had asked around to see if anyone else knew the 'new kid,' but the only thing she got out of them was that it either started with a K or a C, like Caleb or Kevin or Chris...they couldn't remember. He liked to stay below the gossip radar, which was interestingly odd for fresh blood at 774.
"Didn't think I'd be seeing you around here. Looks like you don't frequent this scene too often, hm?"
Chi gave him a once-over, her smirk widening into a grin.
She was making quick work of her first drink, generally downing one or two before going to dance. She would return, though, for refueling as the night wore on, increasing her buzz to an all-out state of drunkenness.
