Garnet is a well composed and mannered girl. Her tolerance level is quite high, to the point of actual attack. She is also the type that wishes for no trouble if it can be helped. The avoidance of trouble is one of her utmost wishes for life, as well as being able to do things in peace. If approached, she would appear timid, quiet, and even apathetic to the whole conversation. While in around a group of people, it is almost as if she isolates those around her, only to stare into the whole situation like a scientist would examine the behavior of lab animals.
Garnet is the type to turn a blind eye in other’s time of need, unless it affects her in some way. Conflicts are one thing that is on the very bottom of her to do list.
Truthfully, even if she does not realize it, the girl longs to be like everyone else, at least to the point in finding her own friend. Even though it has never been displayed once in public, she is a trustworthy, truthful (or rather blunt), loyal, perhaps even kind, and do whatever possible to help. Her beliefs keep her going from day to day, always going through with what she wishes to accomplish. In a way she is also merciful, knowing some people need a better beating than others.
Besides the fact that she is actually a very naïve child, she is still cruel at points. She would use her observations to blackmail or manipulate others, although more than often she would rather beat them down.

Description:
Garnet’s fighting style should consist of at least 52 handblocks, though she only uses about 20 or so. Her means of attack is through speedy kicks and punches, as well as doing whatever it takes to win. She would go and aim for out of bound areas, pokes the eyes, holding down areas, and so forth. In a way, the initial appearance is that of boxing, but elbows, knees, headbutts, and others when initially not allowed works for her. When needed, she would try to throw and smack another person with anything in reach, like metal chairs, trashcans, whatever seems to hurt or distract for even a moment will be utilized. If at any point of losing a fight, the best other style to combat that is always run away.

History
Even though Garnet was born in France, neither her nor her parents were of French heritage. Truthfully her foolish mother went on a trip well into her pregnancy. Most of her life was raised in the backstreets of Detroit, Michigan. Her father was a well known gang member, but still cared enough for her daughter’s safety. It was also her father’s fault that she had such sharp eyes like him. More than often, people around her are uneasy or irritated by her looks. Her father decided it to be best to teach her how to protect through violence. Before even going to let her rush off for school, she was being trained with constant exercise.
Throughout her childhood, she was surrounded by the likes of violence and bloodshed. In response, she decided to go with the flow and procedures of being a street kid. Thanks to her parents, she understood the proper way to act, if she was in regular more civil parts of the world, but more than often her politeness never helped to keep away in trouble. Nobody in her area seem to care for the usual “excuse me” or “sorry”. Even though her mother was a carefree type, the woman always gave strict teachings and drawn out punishments. Both of them worried for her safety, but often kept displays of love in rare occasions.
Due to her eyes, she often gets teased by school mates or isolated by others. In response to the coldness she got, she kept a distant and gave everyone a cold shoulder. Not once has she ever been heartbroken nor happy from being close to things such as friend and love. Often times, if agitated enough, she would spike out and cause fights. In time, fights became worse and more deadly, resulting in hospitalization once before. Even with such times, she always kept up with her studies, often scoring above the class at least. Generally speaking, the teachers did not dislike her nor approved of her actions. At all times, she did attempt to follow the rules of the school, but the students and sometimes faculty around her causes the initial problem. The progression in the lack of discipline continued all the way through part of high school.
Being unable to find allies in a gang wrecked area made it difficult throughout the course of life. For Garnet she had to keep fighting the constant challenges to just get back home or to the store for food supply. Well perhaps that is exaggerating quite a bit, for she doesn’t always get into fights. It just happens the older she became, the more trouble she attracts. More people engage her for her looks or the disregard towards them. In time, due to her experience, she gained a title among the streets as the Scarlet Hail.
Recent problems had arisen to cause an unprecedented move to Public High School #774. When one attempts to leave a gang, there are always consequences. For her father’s actions, they were put into a witness protection program and relocated to San Diego, California. As for her, she had already been dragged down a grade for “skipping classes”, though it was more like beating others down and getting beat down herself. Her relation to others was quickly becoming deadly. With the change of scenery, Garnet was quick to adapt with the new school and neighborhood.
