((OoC: This is IC sign ups for a tournament of fighting with some special rules.))
Letting rumors go around about a fighting tournament with only whispers of a location, a building in a part of town you dont go to unless your wearing a bullet proof vest, led down into a celler, in the celler was around ring surrounded by concrete walls, these walls where lined with barbed wire. Sitting in a chair to the entrance to this building was a young man waring all sorts of equipment. A simple table and lined paper with a broken pen.
This was the sign up sheet. And the beginning of a process. here was another individul trying to gain attention by saying the rules out loud.
"No weapons, no advantages, bare fist brawling until knock out. Winner takes all!"
Of course there was no mention of the prize for winning, just distraction of where, how, and when. Graffiti, broken vehicles, and other such miscellanious destruction and ragged structure.
