Alex couldn't tell whether his words had affected the blond Seran or not, since his back was facing Alex, but the fact the blond had stopped right in his tracks meant one thing for sure: Alex had hit a sore spot, his aim had been dead-on. Watching the blond Seran with a look of mild interest, he saw him swivel around with his hands held behind his back, in a pose of utmost control and respect. If the blond Seran had been infuriated by Alex's words before, he hid his rage well, that, or he was suppressing his rage very very well. Alex couldn't help but scoff inside, he never thought he'd see the day when a Seran was asking for help. But the fact he was asking Alex for help, could mean he had a bit of respect and a certain level of trust in Alex. And Alex knew first-hand how powerful Gabriel truly could be, having fought the Seran multiple times, each fight ending in a tie between the two of them.

If this Seran wanted even a hope in hell of defeating Gabriel, rallying the masses sure wouldn't do very much, what did he hope they would do, mob Gabriel the moment he surfaced even for a little while and hope a random punch would sucker punch him. Alex couldn't help but snicker inside at the thought. "... Gabriel is extremely cunning, and while I do not doubt your intellect, physically, you will not be able to stop him." Alex said simply, as he fixed the blond Seran with a piercing gaze. "... Like a game of chess, you have to consider every possible move that not only you could make, but your opponent could make as well. If Gabriel has not appeared now, there is a likelihood he will appear later on, and he will be every bit as strong as when I fought against him the previous times. Controlling others in the hope you will succeed will not bring you any closer to your goal... Mr. Seran."

Uriel cocked a silent smile not moving but rather lingering in place as he got his lesson for today by the young man Mr. Hikari. Of course he'd heard this lesson once before from his father though on a different occurrence and Uri handled that quite well enough on his own why'd he need to listen to anyone else anyways? Uriel droned through the speech with the attention span of a teen and resisted the urge to say, 'yes mother' regardless soon enough he was through with the statement not answering Uriel's question. He'd proceeded to bring nothing to the table but statements no plan of action but a supposed knowledge.

"And what have you done Mr. Hikari? To stop my cousin?" A bold question no doubt.

A firm grin set in place, Nothing? Exactly as he'd assume the boy knew of only half truths and thesis's that required action that he was unwilling to proceed with.

"And you Mr. Hikari have this said strength? and are you willing to bend to my plan or make a wholly new one for otherwise I'd suggest you get back to what you're undoubtedly good at."

Uriel grinned a bit of coldness to his stare, "Observing."

At the blond Seran's question, Alex couldn't help but chuckle inwardly, though his face stayed calm, betraying nothing. "... I have fought against Gabriel a number of times. The fact that I'm still here, alive and talking, would show I've done more than just what you probably think I've done; absolutely nothing." In truth, Alex had tried to stop Gabriel before. Once upon a time, Alex had in fact, worked together with Gabriel, but they had gone their separate ways the moment Gabriel stepped foot on the opposite side, and from that time on, Alex had tried to stop Gabriel when necessary. "..." Alex rarely bent to anyone's plan, especially a plan made by a Seran above all. "... Plot as much as you want Mr. Seran, but you will never achieve the strength needed to stop Gabriel."

Alex began to turn around and walk off in the opposite direction, but stopped and turned his head slightly to look behind him. "Try as you might, you will not succeed. Gabriel is much stronger than you think, and at the rate you're going, you will not see your plan succeed." Alex more often than not, was neutral when it came to situations, and it was frustrating at times, his neutrality, but it also was better in some cases. Ignoring the coldness in the blond Seran's stare, Alex gave him a look that looked like a glare, but really, was only him looking at the blond. "... Bending others to your will will get you nowhere. If you value your life, abandon your goal to silence Gabriel..." Because nothing good will come out of clashing with Gabriel... With nothing more to say, Alex walked off, as the crowd parted in the middle to let him through, whispering all the while, before he turned a corner of the building and disappeared from sight.
