[/b] Justin is an earnest person who beliefs in what he does and finds it important to finish what he started. He's very serious and sincere when it comes to his goals and is a very creative person when it comes to solutions to trouble both in life and in combat. Boxing had awakened a love for battle in the young Dutchman. Justin is sensible and judges based on reason and not on emotion, anger is something he can't control, pride is the weakness of the blue-eyed warmonger.

At least that was who he was before Eric died, afterwards he started changing into a more impulsive person, one that judge emotionally and do things on a whim. He likes to think that he has bettered his life but his father fails to see why Justin would think that. Time to be normal.

Justin's weaknesses is the way he starts giving up easily on things when it becomes to hard. He no longer has the inexhaustible will to finish what he has started. His unwillingness to fight has often led him to trouble even though his intentions were good most of the time. He doesn't like to be on the sidelines even when he's injured. The recent loss of his brother has made Justin completely lose sight of what's important and has brought him in a state of utter confusion. He became very impulsive and illogical over the last few months, caring less about the future. He started living for the moment. But recently has managed to rein himself in more, he sees now what he has been missing all these years - the death of Eric had given him his life back.

He became a cool guy to hang out with and who'll have your back when stuff gets nasty of course he'll expect you to do the same. He also likes friendly spars and tests of abilities between friends.

Description: Boxing has been and is the main source of Justin's extreme discipline and zealousness. He has been training at the gym of his uncle together with his 2 older brothers of which the middle one has recently passed away. After the death of Eric he started feeling less and less motivated to continue his path, both in studies and sports. The last 3 months had been filled with sporadic training and more general training, fighting isn't everything to him anymore. The future is only as far as you can see.

Justin was the last-born, coming after his older brother Eric and the oldest Adam. Being the youngest obviously made him the most spoiled and he was treated with much love and care by his parents (especially his mother, his father was barely at home) which initially made him a lax child. He would barely do any work at all which made Eric turn away from him as he had to work for anything instead of getting it like his younger brother. Adam however showed great interest in his sibling and took great care of him together with his mother. His father, who is a CEO at a San-Diego based company - one of the few to make it through the crisis without too many losses, expected a lot of his sons and stimulated their growth in their studies and sports as much as he could even though he wasn't at home all the time. Of course, he didn't approve of his mother spoiling their sons, especially Justin, but he left it for what it was.

Around the age of 8, when he saw his son was lacking the discipline of his older brothers, Mr. Castillo send Justin to the boxing school of his brother. It was during this period and with the help of several tutors that he acquired his self-control and zealousness in both his studies and sports. Both his brothers had gone through the same 'Castillo' regime led by his uncle to make 'real Castillo' men of them. Even though he became a hard worker, it never was enough and he was pushed continually by his father - his uncle however showed great approval of his work and his mother too even though she was sad she lost her son in a way. Socially though, Justin had a lot to catch up with so at the age of 13 he was sent to a San Diego public school to get in contact with 'the real world.' Even though it was hard to adjust at first, his grades were excellent and his boxing went as good as ever. He had been accepted by the school society as well and eventually everything went great for him - going out with friends was something he could still do sparsely as he was still very busy with everything.

3 years later, the schools started to shut down, and one by one the schools surrounding PHS 959 started to close down, until 959 - Justin's school, suffered the same fate and closed camp. After some days of turmoil and chaos, Justin went back to home-studying with the aid of his brother Eric, who was 3 years older and supported him now as their bond had become thicker than ever. That was when PHS #744 came, the school to serve 'em all. And Justin enrolled, and everything seemed to go back to normal. A month after Justin enrolled into PHS #744, Eric finally went to the doctor after having complained about a headache for ages and it was then that he first heard of the malevolent tumor located in his head. The News hit hard home and Justin was shocked, Eric knew that it was too late but still had hope. In a last ditch effort to save the 19 year old, they operated but it went wrong and Eric went into comatose, after months of no news and fear for his condition he suddenly died one night.

Justin's foundation, his very core, had been shook by the loss of his brother and it had him silent and locked-up in his rooms for days on end. He couldn't eat, drink or close his eyes without remembering Eric - eventually (a month ago) Justin finally accepted the loss and decided to live in the style of his rebellious older brother. Adam, the eldest (24), was very worried about his little brother, he hopes Justin won't ruin his future and that this is just a phase.

Skip 3 months of life, and you get to the present.
