It was time. Kazuya had his arms folded across his chest, before he leaned forward and switched the PA system on, as students groaned in pain behind Kazuya, the students that weren't as seriously hurt trying to move them quickly out of the PA room and to the infirmary to tend to their injuries, but they were allowed to go only after Kazuya made them swear they wouldn't tell that Kazuya had injured them, only that someone else had hurt them, and in a school full of fighters, that story would fly, no sweat. Kazuya knew there would be some resistance against him when he barged into the PA room, seeing as he was not part of the group of students who were entitled to use the PA, and while he didn't like to hurt other students without a reason, this was one of the situations where he simply had no choice but to do it, in order to do what he needed to do, which in this, case, was use the PA in order to get his claim of power out through the entire school. Kazuya picked up the microphone, and rested his legs against the table, leaning back in the chair, getting comfortable, before making his announcement.
"... Attention students of Public High School #774. Since no one has been named the Student Body President yet, I have an announcement to make. As of today, I stake my claim on the title for myself. If there are any challengers, I suggest you make your way to the broadcast room as fast as you can..." With that said, Kazuya flicked the microphone off, as he stayed seated comfortably in the chair. He had no doubt that the teachers would probably come to the broadcast room among those that wished to challenge his claim, or the students that just wanted to watch for the heck of it. His wooden bokken strapped tightly to his belt, Kazuya looked like he was a leader of a yakuza gang, instead of a university student, as a small smirk formed on his face. It was about to begin.

"... Attention students of Public High School #774. Since no one has been named the Student Body President yet, I have an announcement to make. As of today, I stake my claim on the title for myself. If there are any challengers, I suggest you make your way to the broadcast room as fast as you can..."
Great, what was this about now? Cain sat in his classroom, raising his right hand as he scratched at his head, feeling the gazes of his many classmates coming down upon him, the Junior feeling quite frustrated indeed. A soft growl escaped his lips as he turned towards the Teacher, who was apparently as clueless as Cain was. Well, Cain was pretty much able to piece two and two together. Someone had broken into the PA room system, taken down the PA crew and then made use of the microphone to announce his stake on the Student Body President. In other word's, Cain's number two.
The man both annoyed and amused Cain. Cain had the authority to choose his pillars. However, no one had ever actually attempted to claim the title for his own. He looked towards his bag, where he had kept other three pillar badges at. He sighed. Well, might as well go check this out, right? The Teacher looked towards him and gave him a nod, as if reading his mind and the Junior moved almost immediately, picking up his bag as he left the classroom. And he was starting to enjoy it too. Heh.
Cain made his way towards the PA room, and considering his classroom was on the same hallway, it was not that long a journey. He could already see students pouring out and dragging students along with them. His eyebrows furrowed. Well, whoever it was, he seemed like a good fighter. A soft smirk grew upon his face. This was going to be interesting. He would then reach the door, looking inside to see a smartly dressed man, or at least, compared to Cain, who was clad in a white button-up shirt, untucked, and a pair of blue denim jeans. He had the School Captain badge on his right collar. He placed his bag on the floor, knocking on the door.
"Excuse me, what's the meaning of this? And who are you?"

A smirk tugged at the corner of Kazuya's mouth as he heard a knock on the door, he lifted his feet off the table and swiveled the chair around, facing the guy that had spoken. The badge on the guy's right collar immediately told Kazuya who he was: He was the School Captain of 774. "..." Kazuya stood up, holding his bokken over his right shoulder, his gray front hair hiding his eyes from view, as he stepped forward, his black blazer swishing slightly from his sudden movement. "... My announcement was quite clear. Unless you suddenly appointed a Student Body President in the five minutes that passed, I staked my claim on the title." Kazuya said simply, as a crowd began to form a semi-circle behind Cain, basically blocking the doorway.
"... I am Kazuya, and if you did not like my announcement, as the School Captain, do you plan to do anything about it?" Kazuya asked, as he lifted his head up slightly, revealing his fierce and intense eyes, as he looked straight at Cain, his gaze unwavering. Kazuya was prepared to fight if he had to, considering his announcement had pretty much attracted the attention of EVERYONE in the school. He knew the consequences of his actions, and he was prepared to take them unflinchingly. He had endured far more painful situations than being administered corporal punishment for using the PA system simply for his goal. The question was, what did Cain plan to do about it? Only time would tell...

The man stood up, clad in an attire that seemed out of some Japanese action movie. The stick over his shoulder, the overcoat, the sunglasses, the all-black attire. Yeah. Even his hair, at that. Cain had to deduce then, that the man from Japanese. He already had a feeling that he was a foreigner from his skin tone and accent too. The School Captain let out a soft sigh. He heard footsteps behind him as curious individuals moved in to see what was going on, despite having classes at this moment. Even a few teachers had arrived to pay audience to the scene.
"... My announcement was quite clear. Unless you suddenly appointed a Student Body President in the five minutes that passed, I staked my claim on the title."
Cain let out a soft smirk. He repeated it once more, staking his claim on the title. He sighed, watching as he pulled his glasses down, his eyes meeting Cain's equally-hard eyes. Although Cain knew that he really wanted to test his skill against this arrogant individual, he also knew that there was actually no need for him to throw a fist here at all. Even with his claim, it was still Cain's decision to appoint whoever he wanted to have as his Student Body President.
"... I am Kazuya, and if you did not like my announcement, as the School Captain, do you plan to do anything about it?"
"Actually, I don't plan to do anything about it, except watch out for you. Cause, you know... I decide the Student Body President, not you, nor anybody else."
Cain let out a soft chuckle, as he proceeded to turn back, watching the last of the PA team getting dragged away. Of course, he knew that he would still have to punish this man for breaking into a restricted room and beating down the PA crew. At that, he reached into his pockets, pulling out a pair of studded gloves, before proceeding to slide them into his fists, his eyes returning to meet Kazuya's.
"So, what now, then, Kazuya?"

Kazuya smirked inwardly. Of course he knew that in the end, it was the School Captain that made the final decision on who got the title or not. But just because that was the absolute rule, didn't mean Kazuya couldn't let his goal be known. Kazuya watched as the guy turned around, the PA team that Kazuya had taken out single-handedly carted off to the infirmary. They would live, Kazuya didn't injure them badly, he only incapacitated them enough that they wouldn't get in the way. The guy then turned back around to face Kazuya, a pair of studded gloves on his hands, his eyes meeting with Kazuya, his front hair hiding his eyes once more.
"... That's your call isn't it? After all, you're the School Captain, and I broke a rule." Kazuya replied calmly, he was so calm, it was almost frightening, but he was ready to accept the punishment, but just because he was going to take the consequences, didn't mean he was going to take it lying down. "... Violence only begets more violence. It's not the only way to resolve an issue, there are always other ways. Violence... sometimes, it's the only solution." Kazuya didn't like to fight unnecessarily, but only when he had no choice and had no other options left, did he fight. "..."

A pair of dark brown eyes gazed toward the scene unfolding ahead of him. He had been heading to the bathroom when he heard the over the intercom. announcement, Cain he know, the other calling out to take the student body president title. Kale Armitage stood not too far from the two males chatting it up in the pa room. Cain was standing in the doorway, meanwhile the other kid was standing in the back of the room.. He had seen this kind of talk before, and it usually lead to violence. At least he didn't think anyone was going to pull a gun. Still, if the male challenging Cain would showcase another talented fighter, those eyes wouldn't miss it for the world. Of course.. Watching wasn't exactly what he had planned.
Kale would step forward from the small crowd gathering and approach Cain from behind. Most people watching would probably think that the large male was going to attack the pillar from behind. That wasn't the scruffy looking male's idea at all though. He had other plans. Instead of the important person, he would attack the unknown male. Why? Simply because he had already fought Cain one on one. Kale would simply turn his body and push past the school captain and into the room. It was clear he wasn't here just to spectate.
A few steps into the room, Kale would reach off to the side as he passed a wooden chair, and his right hand would grip at the top part of that said chair, yanking it up into the air as his arm would pull it around from his right to his left and release it aimed directly toward the male that had called the school captain out for student body president.. Some might think he was trying to help Cain out, others might realize he was just trying to have a little fun. Regardless of what anyone though, he wasn't going to stop.
In fact, as soon as he released that chair and sent it spiraling toward Kazuya, that six foot, four inch seventeen year old would step forward on his left leg and then thrust his right leg forward as he'd look to slam the heel of his right steel-toed boot against the desk which currently held the PA set-up. His aim was to knock that desk forward to follow that chair, and hopefully hit the arrogant newcomer with one of them.

"... That's your call isn't it? After all, you're the School Captain, and I broke a rule."
Cain would nod his head slowly in agreement, his right hand coming to his waist, his eyes never leaving Kazuya's, or where they were behind those lenses. Yeah, Kazuya was pretty much reminding Cain of what he had just been thinking of. Of course, that pretty much meant that the man knew which direction Cain was going now. Well, at least that was good. It saved Cain a lot of trouble, at that moment and after.
"... Violence only begets more violence. It's not the only way to resolve an issue, there are always other ways. Violence... sometimes, it's the only solution."
... Oxymoron, much? The man just pretty much conflicted himself in those few words. At first, he said that violence was not the only way, and then calls it the only solution to problems immediately after. Cain grinned, unable to fathom what this guy was trying to get across then. Eh, whatever. Either way, Cain was liking the last part of his small speech. If that was how he wanted it to go, Cain was willing to follow-up. However, before he could charge forward, he saw a blur flicker past him and towards Kazuya. What?
Cain stared at the blur, finding the large figure quite familiar indeed. Was that... Kale? What was he doing? Well, it did not take a genius to find out what, exactly. Why, though was another story. Cain was going to have to ask him later. For now, Cain had a man to take down, and who knows, he may just have two troublemakers in his hand now. As Kale came upon to the right of the room, the faster Cain would move towards the left, coming in an arc and from the side of the table as Kale kicked it, his hands coming on the top as he vaulted himself over it, bringing his feet around as he sent a roundhouse kick after pushing himself off the table, his right leg coming in from the left of Kazuya's neck, right after the chair and before the table. He had a choice now. To block the kick, or to block the table. He could do both but there was no reassurance that he would succeed in stopping either.

Kazuya's only response to the guy's grin was a small smirk, his hand casually shoved into the pockets of his dress pants, he knew what he had just said was a contradiction, but the point Kazuya was trying to make was, he knew violence wasn't the only way to handle a situation, but sometimes, it was the only choice, when no other options were left. At least he and the School Captain agreed on something, that it was his call on what happened now. But it appeared that the School Captain wasn't the only one that wanted to attempt to kick Kazuya's ass, as Kazuya saw a blur emerge from the crowd, dart past the School Captain, and flick a wooden chair right at Kazuya, who simply whipped around and roundhouse kicked the chair to the side, as it smashed against the wall with a loud bang. Not only was it a flying chair, now it was a flying table. The School Captain vaulting over the table and attacking Kazuya at the same time sure didn't make matters any better. Kazuya ducked underneath the roundhouse kick, though he didn't come out of it unscathed, the kick still managed to connect, just instead of the side of his neck, his left shoulder was hit, as Kazuya took the hit unflinchingly.
Kazuya had to hand it to the guy, he was fast, but what surprised Kazuya even more, was the fact that while his speed was impressive, his strikes... were rather lackluster. They didn't hurt all that much, to be honest. Kazuya then simply kicked the table back in the direction it came from, as he lowered his leg back down, placing his foot onto the floor, as the crowd scattered to the sides, trying to avoid being hit by the flying table. Two-on-one, one-on-one-on-one, it didn't matter to Kazuya. He darted straight at the School Captain, just before reaching him, he jumped up into the air and came down towards him with a front heel kick, connecting with him, he didn't know how, but it did. Not wasting time, Kazuya bounded forward during the period of recovery, and sent a flurry of punches at him, not giving room to breath, let alone counter, and with one last punch, sent the School Captain to the ground. Kazuya stood over him, before pointing at two students. "You! And you! Help him to the infirmary! Now!" Once the students had taken him out of the PA room, Kazuya sent the crowd away scattering, before taking his own leave.
