And the curiosity would go both ways, as Cain made it a note to find out more about Mr. Durand here. He may not have as much resources as the Headmaster had, but he certainly knew people who did. Despite his short stay here, Cain had met a couple of people that he knew would be able to help him attain information. And as if his knack for filtering the useful information from the useless ones was not enough, the help he could attain would help match him up in terms of access to information with Mr. Durand. Or at least, he hoped it would.
"Then it would seem as though you and I have the same intentions don't we Mr. Aurelius." "So it seems."
Cain passed him a soft smile, nodding his head slowly. Yeah, at least he knew he had the support of the staff, or at least, the head of the staff. However, Cain had to wonder how long that support would hold, for Headmasters tended to always follow their own agendas, and Cain knew that the Correctional Facility was still a possibility in the man's head.
"If you need me, don't be a stranger."
Then, it was at that moment that he remembered something. Pillarship.
"Wait, Mr. Durand. What about the other three pillars?"

"Wait, Mr. Durand. What about the other three pillars?"
O.o?
Oh? Mr. Durand turned about with a quick accordance. Was Cain asking for him to appoint those who would associate him? Perhaps give the boy even less sway with the school's agenda. That was not an ideal facet towards his goals. Sure it proved efficient knowing he had insiders within his "police force" but yet again it also sewed seeds of mistrust something he couldn't afford at this juncture. Rather now was the time to sit back and watch as things grew. Much like a perverbial rose so to speak Cain would, in best intentions, bloom beautifully as the captain.
"Thats your department isn't it?"
Thierry chuckled lightly, "I do hope you have good judgment, just a bit of advice Cain, keep your friends close and your enemies closer."
With that, unless there were further questions yielding his escape, Mr. Durand would have made swiftly to disappear.

Wait, what did he mean by that? Did that mean that he chose his own pillars? The realisation itself intrigued him, as the Junior allowed himself to delve into a state of deep though. He chose the pillars, huh? But who could he choose? He had very little friends here in #774, having only been here for a short time. And to add to that, he had a lot of enemies too, especially those thugs that Cain had beaten down that actually studied here. He let out as soft grunt of amusement, before raising his head to look towards Mr. Durand, only to find that he was already gone. Cain's eyes widened slightly, the Junior dropping his crossed hands as he turned back, but Mr. Durand was nowhere to be seen.
He grinned. He really was a sneaky fellow. Cain did not even hear him depart. Well, despite that, he was glad nonetheless. This had been one beneficial conversation indeed. Now he knew that he had the support of the Headmaster in his attempts to halt #774's downfall into chaos and that he could choose his own pillars. He had also been warned somewhat of Mr. Durand's 'remnants', so to say. Cain, however, was still unaware of what it was supposed to be.
Now, where was he supposed to go? Ah, class. Well, time to move on, then. He had a lot to think about, anyway, and there was no other place to do so than under the drone lectures of his teachers that only made him want to day dream even more. He grinned at that thought.
And this conversation was over.
