[/b] Joseph's personality is that of any other high school student. Enjoys spending time with friends, hanging out, listening to music, fighting any large number of opponents and punching through steel plates...okay, I admit that doesn't sound normal.
Joseph spent years training making him see everything in a combat situation and strangely he enjoys it that way. But besides seeing everything as combat he knows how to temper it with an air of easy going fun.
Often seen as just some weird spacey kid who constantly tries to shirk any kind of responsibility and succeeds somehow. Joe likes to take things in and joke about anything that crosses his mind. Has an uncanny ability to make any situation easy to deal with...at least to him.
Mentality: Sane, borderline spacey.

Description: Ninjuken is a mixture of Japanese ninjutsu combat, espionage and other facets of the style as well as Chinese kung fu. Emphasizing the use of the body over weapons practicioners are conditioned from an early age to become a disciple.

Ninjuken also uses the qi gong training to make the body resilient to strikes and almost any form of puncturing weapons...bullets have yet to be tested and not sure if he would if the oportunity came up. One of the bigger parts of his training is the rapid replacement of dislocated bones or joints.

History

Upbringing
Joseph grew up in the home of his adopted father Kenji Hamato; a man well into his fifties raising a young child...that must be fun to watch. Joseph grew up in a relatively happy household; the only bad times were during his training. Joseph looked at his father with the affection any child would have for his father.
Joseph has no idea who his real parents are or how he came into the care of Kenji Hamato; and truthfully doesn't care. What he doesn't know is that Joseph was actually found in an alley way by Kenji as a baby. Kenji never told Joseph about how he was found and really never found a reason to.
Training
Joseph began his training in Ninjuken at the age of four; starting out as a game Kenji taught him, of course the games were the prelude to the hellish training that he would face once he became old enough. Starting with primary conditioning and stamina testing; chasing a kid around with a foam bat and call it a game will help with that. Of course as the child grows up you can start using a wooden stick then if you are trained well enough a blade.
Forms and battle tactics are soon to follow then finishing with the training of the body, Ankin Jin, or what we commonly call Iron Body Kung fu. The training went on for fourteen years with Joseph being more than adept with the concept of combat.
School Life
Joseph's school life has been a turbulent one at best. He was that kid who could be happy at almost anything and always tried to play things off as jokes...yeah how many people like that? Well lo and behold he got into fights alot because of his out look and the end result, the other kids never got what they wanted.
This lasted all through elementary and middle school until high school. Joseph really doesn't understand why everyone wants to fight him or fight for any reason but finds it fun.
