An idea was brought before me by a good friend of mine regarding Transfers. At this point we have more or less a pure transfer exchange minus a few items of course. This gives people from boards such as 259 an extreme power advantage as far as stats.
The idea here is to reduce incoming transfers (for a time) to the base 90 but compensate them $100 per exp they'll be losing. The transfer items they transfer with will be kept and untampered with concerning this change of rules.

At this point: Kevala - 287 exp x$100 = $28,700 Jayden - 4 exp x$100 = $400 Grav - 16 exp x$100 = $1,600 Addie - 52 exp x$100 = $5,200
It may look like a lot and it is but in retrospect towards our current item system It'll reduce inflation towards the board and a lot better opportunity.

@ Robbie, this doesn't apply to Alexis considering she's a quest character we'll discuss this concerning her when the application of her comes into effect.
But concerning Transfers they'd be trading their extra exp meaning since Ex: Kevala has 187 exp over the 90 exp limit, she'd be trading it for money meaning her base stats would be back to the beginners limit thusly giving members creating their character here opportunity to rise up while its also compensation for transfers to feel as though their time wasn't entirely wasted and with that money they can buy from our item shop and essentially get back up still yet not to the same degree. You see?

Will be getting money supplementation, you are now entrusted to revert your base transfer stats to 90, any stats gained on 774 are allowed to remain the same, this doesn't apply to resident characters
