Honestly, unless I really sit down and think up an advert, I usually suck at impromptu adverts.
So, here's the 411:
This board is basically a back to basics XIN board, plain and simple. There is Qi, but it's very basic Qi, like what was shown in the XIN flash, transfers are allowed a certain amount of EXP to be brought over, so they don't utterly destroy those starting from scratch, and it takes place roughly about 13 years from 259's current timeline.
Think of a timeline where Sean Barker didn't utterly decimate the entire world, and you have Public High School #8011.
