Large icy mountains, forests so dark that its night, constantly. Huge plains that seem peaceful but hold many secrets. A huge desert that separates the two states. Towns and cities that range from small farming communities with no electricity to steam punk like cities, stuck in a quaint age to massive metropolis city scapes, accessible only via Air ship.
It is unknown whether there is anything beyond this countries borders, as their world is, to put it simple, a floating mass of rock, held up by an unknown force in an unknown sky above an unknown world.
Travel far enough and you will reach the border of this world, sometimes guarded for safety and others just a sheer drop off through a grove of tree's. And when you look out over the edge all you see is sky, just open sky and clouds. Many Air ships have dared to venture out into the open sky, their crews brave and eager to explore a strange new world.
None have ever returned, once they reach the clouds they are never seen or heard from again.
Yet men and woman daily brave the open sky and try their hand at exploring as they believe the three moons which engulf their sky, called the Guardians, will guide them on their voyage.
