Personality:
In the case of Shinji, his personality is above all cold and calculating, it is seldom to see the man breach a smile or any source of harm or worry as his emotions are more than simply shut off from the world. He is cold to everything and expresses such by destroying all opposition in his path without regret or even the sake of mercy. He cares not for the weak merely fashions them to stay out of his way, as for the strong he holds them in contempt and otherwise sees nothing as a threat any longer.

Tall, most of his features rely hidden behind his wardrobe which constantly keeps his enemies at a far questioning what his true physic is. Otherwise he is a toned killing machine, scars riddled across his body, he has all but lost senses of pain figuring them now to be mere signals of where if at all he's been hit.

Description: Essentially the ideal of it is, adapt to what your opponent does and best them at it. If he has an opponent forging boxing, he will adapt to it quickly, reciprocate the moves and best it. While its all fine and dandy he will more often then not resort to means of Akkido as it is his best skill set.

~History~

For starters, I couldn't help but be singled out. Life was rough back in my youth and more particularly now, all the same to show favor of weakness warrants death on the spot.
My Father, Clan Leader of the Atsushi dynasty held in contempt those who laid down their swords in battle, by their end he'd had them executed so there was no other options left were there. Rise and rise again until death took you or victory claim that you'd earned such prestige. I was first in line for this throne, a sister behind me though she loomed in my shadow nothing but the resolve and endearing stress throttled upon my shoulders with the anticipation brought by a family riddled with success. How I loathed the system instituted for me, set about purely by lineages of family. Though dare I break this ritual. I dare not.
It wasn't long though before one had. My Brother, far younger than me took up arms in a small village outside of Kyoto and was slaying the guards, it didn't take long for reinforcements to arrive. I led them at my father's call, righteous to uphold the law we sought so long to upkeep.

"Brother.."

He'd call out with hand extended, his blade dipped to the roiled surface of sand meshed with blood. His boyish features caked in dry blood with seldom a scratch to be seen.

"Take up arms with me brother, we shall rid this tyranny from the land."

Cold and decisive I stared there through amethyst hues taking in the surroundings from all that I could see. He'd left them all with nothing, burning and pillaging as he'd went and yet he dared to point his blade at their father, at me even. I stood in repose unphased by his actions little more than a twitch to my lip out of vehement detestment towards my younger sibling when at his side stood Kira. My Sister had sided by him. My features broke for what was to be the first and last instance.

"If that is how it shall be than we are enemies, brother."

Grim facade on his face stepping forward, clutching sweaty palms around his blade as it rose from the sea of sand fixated the serrated edge towards me his kin.

"Then Die brother with your pig king!"

Lunging fool heartedly forward he impaled himself upon my blade. You see I was far too quick, too cold and cunning to be riddled by emotions as the last of them dispersed with the glimpse of my sister staring in shock. Quick now was she to take her own life as brother and sister fell.

A proud reception held in the halls of the Atsushi clan walls, only grim faces from the younger siblings, father eating happily without fret or worry. His face stuffed with boars meat and a hand at the wine.

"Another rebellion squandered by my greatest son."

A oafish laugh from his curdled belly slapping me on the back, not an inkling of emotion but my hues shifting up to catch his figure and then to the other looking mortified.

"A revolution of sons is hardly put to rest by the blood of one, the many strive to avenge him. With that I'll be off Father."

A small respectful nod as he'd taper off leaving his seated table, the riled looks of the other siblings looking ready to kill, they'd be so justified now even as their greatest threat left the table. Yet the fear instilled in them kept them immobile, sitting and complacent with their lots as simply second. For me however I left that night, to America where I was put into school.

Such a dismal place.

~Qi Ability~

Razor Wind

Description: The Ability entails the usage of rapidly altering the wind around him to be manifested as a weapon to further his own physical limits but most notably, not have to rely on his physical prowess alone but rather weigh on the abilities the Qi exerts.

Strengths: Grants near impregnable defense and offensive capabilities that are constantly evolving to suit scenarios and build upon themselves to become better.

Weaknesses: A reliance factor, the user physically relies upon the ability too much and it will result in a loss of focus and even own personal abilities as time goes on. Essentially becoming a crutch.

Shoujun Rosen: Kai (literally translates as “Release”) Level 1 Dexterity: 35 Wisdom: 35 Charisma: 45	Release is the command of the surrounding wind to enhance ones own base abilities. In this case release is an enhancing focus of the wind pressure around him making fighting far more intense. All fighters in the area are exposed to a feeling of enhanced weight, unless they have a Charisma equal to or within 10 of Shin they will feel as though they are being crushed without physical contact. This is significantly more intense the closer they are to him. Each five meters in distance it grows weaker. The greater the divide in charisma spells the greater amount of weight forced upon someone. This Qi is passive when activated.
Shoujun Rosen: Tsukai (literally translates as “Messenger”) Level 2 Dexterity: 50 Wisdom: 50 Charisma: 60	Shin is capable of enhancing his speed nearly tenfold for limited durations, during this period he is more likely to take damage while striken however his Strength and Dexterity gain +10 during these bursts. For each 50 Charisma he has adds an additional +5 to these boosts. A minimum amount of bursts is based upon his Intelligence. For each 10 Intelligence Shin has is equivilent to one burst.
Shoujun Rosen: Amatsu Saiken (literally translates as “Heavenly Bond”) Level 3 Dexterity: 65 Wisdom: 65 Charisma: 75	The Gale forces and Shin essentially combine at this stage becoming singular entities between the two. When this stage is activated he can manipulate the wind to cycle as he wishes. For each level he ascends he is capable of lifting 1 ton (At this current stage its equivelant to 3 tons) without physical contact. This ability also allows him to use the Gale forces to forge material with his own body. (IE: A car door with his arm as a shield, etc). The effects where off when he looses consciousness or deactivates it.
Shoujun Rosen: Shinnyo (literally “The Absolute”) Level 4 Dexterity: 80 Wisdom: 80 Charisma: 90	This stage is considered the transcending stage. At which point Shin is capable of entire mastry of the Gale forces, enough so that it amplifies his innate abilities and furthers the power of the Gale winds allowing him to break down solid material, he cannot break down living matter however as its genetic code is far too complex.
