Qi Name: Wrath of the Flame Dragon

Qi Ability: Flame Energy Generator/Manipulator

Kazuya can generate and control fire. He can create fire from thin air, create fire balls, deliver punches of fire, create pillars of fire and put his own body on fire. He can also create a small flame on the tip of his finger on either hand, but this is mostly for show out of battle.

If any contact is made with the flames, the opponent will be instantly burned, the degree of the burn varying, starting from first degree, all the way up to third degree. His power comes with a price though. His core temperature is quite a ways higher than normal, this is where his ability initiates.

Strengths: If he uses his Qi in conjunction with his strikes, the opponent will get burned immediately at the point of contact. If Kazuya manages to hit his opponent at multiple points of contact, the pain of the burns felt will stack up. Because the source of his power is his own body heat, he does not have to stand still to activate it. If there is any source of heat nearby, he can use that to perform his Qi powers.

Weaknesses: The major downfall however, is the temperature. For his Qi to function properly, the temperature has to be warm or hot. If he is caught in extremely low temperatures, his body slows down, and he'll begin to shiver and possibly collapse on the ground, unable to walk.

Qi Techniques

Low

New Wave Smash: Kazuya is able to create fire out of thin air. If the opponent makes contact with the flames, at the spot where they were hit, they will be immediately burned, the degree of the burn dependent on how long contact with the flames were.

Fireball: Kazuya is able to create fireballs and throw them at his opponent. If the opponent makes contact with the flames, at the spot where they were hit, they will be immediately burned, the degree of the burn dependent on how long contact with the flames were.

Rapids of Rage: Kazuya is able to deliver punches of fire. If the opponent makes contact with the flames, at the spot where they were hit, they will be immediately burned, the degree of the burn dependent on how long contact with the flames were.

Mid

Oxidation: Kazuya is able to create pillars of fire. If the opponent makes contact with the flames, at the spot where they were hit, they will be immediately burned, the degree of the burn dependent on how long contact with the flames were.

Burn Charge: Kazuya is able to to put his own body on fire. If the opponent makes contact with the flames, at the spot where they were hit, they will be immediately burned, the degree of the burn dependent on how long contact with the flames were.

High

Rising Dragon: A burst of power immediately absorbing all nearby heat energy source and residual Qi energy and focus it into and engulfing a single limb for an attack, the fire energy discharged from the attack taking the shape of a dragon, the extreme concentration of energy causing temporary energy drain in the body. If the opponent makes contact with the flames, at the spot where they were hit, they will be immediately burned, the degree of the burn dependent on how long contact with the flames were.
