Gang Territory Tutorial:
At Public High School #774 there is a new way we’re looking at the whole system, her Gangs are a crucial part of the system and no longer are they quite so easy to obtain as they would have normally been. They actually require a bit of work and strategy to them. Even so they do not come without their own little rewards. Even without becoming a Captain of the school or an associated pillar you can gain control of the school through Gang wars.
Gang Wars:
What is a gang war you may ask? Well to start a gang war is where one established gang attempts taking over a specific region of either the school or neighboring areas in an attempt to rule it as such. How can you do that? Well it’s very simple in fact. Establish your gang and then use yourself and your NPC gang members to fight alongside you in your domination of the area.
Gang Territory Bonuses:
Gang territories are not pointless wastes of your NPC army; they play specifically towards your character’s abilities forming a more strategic edge to the fight allowing for small boosts towards your fighting efforts. Each territory is given a small boost while you are in that location due to your gang’s surveillance of that area.
(Ex: Jon’s army of darkness controls the library; and his fight takes place in the library therefore his stats in this fight will include +2 Int)
Likewise,
(Ex: Jon’s army of darkness controls the library; but his fight takes place in the courtyard. This fight he will be down 2 NPC units from his grand total and he does not gain a stat bonus.)
Gang Territories:
East Village: +4 Constitution
Cortez Hill: +4 Dexterity
Columbia:+5 Wisdom
Marina: +4 Strength
Gaslamp Quarter: +2 Constitution, +2 Strength
Core: +3 Wisdom, +2 Dexterity
Little Italy: +2 Strength
Horton Plaza: +2 Dexterity, +2 Strength

- Gang wars are not selective to only gangs, if you are not in a gang and you have set claim to the region as well a member without a gang can fight against the gang himself. Though realize that you will be fighting against 1 member player alongside multiple other NPC’s
- Gang Wars with 2+ gangs involved yield no EXP merely the benefits from the gang area.
- A member with no gang background in a gang war fighting against a gang gains experience based on the number of members in the gang. If the sole member wins the territory remains neutral.
- A territory won by a gang becomes part of the gang’s territory and it is mandatory for the gang to reserve 2 NPC’s to that location at all times. (Ex: if fighting in that location they can fight with all members, if not they must sacrifice 2 gang members from the fight)
