Question! Is Jayr still the School Captain of 774? Because technically, she did leave 774... and then came back... So wouldn't she have forfeited her title in that case?
Unless she didn't leave 774, in which case, wouldn't her 259 EXP and posts be voided then?
Not that it matters to me, I'm just rather curious.

well no and no.
Since no one claimed the title in her absence the title wasn't to be removed, and in her storyline she was still technically enrolled here therefore she never had to forfeit her title.

Okay, that makes sense.
But what about the EXP and posts she accumulated at 259? Based on what you just said Ryan, Jayr never went to 259, so she wouldn't have the EXP and posts from there.
Again, not trying to be a prick, just rather curious about it.

Contrary to that statement San Diego and Long Beach are only a few miles apart, and during the time she was there which was only about 2 months the necessary time to transfer could've reasonably been boggled. So yes she did go there she was just never formally removed from the schools records here.

Huh, makes sense.
This question is more pertaining to the rules, would those who were at 259 but have returned here, for example, Alexis, Donovan, Jayr, Mekiel, even Kazuya, have to make a new bio stating they are a 259 transfer?
2 months, while small, is still a rather significant amount of time.

To answer your question. You did receive stuff from 259 so in turn you have to transfer it.. if you earned squat all... then don't bother...

You can if you want, not going to make it a requirement. If you did earn new stuff just pm it by me so I can approve and make sure theres no cheating. Though I'm sure you guys wont, its just a precaution so I can backhand people who complain and be all, "No you're wrong, I checked its cool now stop bitching." Like dat. =p
