I sat behind cover and watched Soldiers run by me trying to defend our home from an alien presence.. I could hear them die and some hid behind cover with me, I was the commander.

My heart was racing as I was pondering what to do next.. i wanted to keep going and I wanted to get out of here to see my family who left on the last shuttle before the attack.

I wondered if they were safe.

But that isn't what I needed to know. Why were these Aliens attacking, I loaded my Assault Rifle and closed my eyes. I was going to ruthless, no one takes my home and gets away with it.

I went over my cover and started to shoot my HMWA at the lines of Xenos, seeing the bodies of my own friends and comrades that were to early to fight fall made me sick..

I was going to survive and spent time opening fire to help my team get into position, and saw a team of rocketers stand on a hill shooting at the ship.

That she was going down one way or another.

I went back behind cover and put my helmet on and put my hand out and bend it a bit and opened a small computer on my wrist to give orders to charge the front lines. This was not going to end well.. For them.

We all activated our shields and started to walk slowly down the barren wasteland firing at anything that moved that wasn't ours.

i heard people die and I activated a stronger barrier for the shields and then hit a button on the rifle that activated fire rounds for the gun and opened fire, watching the fleshy foes burn to death.

My rifle overheated.

"dammit! i said running behind the closest cover.. I was behind enemy lines and I waited.

I took out an upgrade for my rifle from my side, it was a fan that would bring down the overheat. That was going to be a good idea.. At the time.

I heard a voice in the clear com.

"Commander! we need help! taking heavy fire!"

I put my index finger on the side of my helmet.

"don't worry soldier, we have reinforcements coming, Turian, krogun and Salarian. They won't abandon us." I helped them and I went out of cover and looked at a small Barricade that was made.. guess I can't go back into the small town.. not with the Barricade there. They had reinforced it with Cars and trucks.

No way I can get through. I looked towards the enemy and started to make my way from cover to cover, did I get them all? I didn't stop going until I hit resistance.

I opened first a 2 legged man, with nostrils on there head..

Batarians..

I kept my head low and Listened to my Radio for what was going on.

"Cammader.... Dissapea-... last kno-..." Alot of static was in the air.. I was alone for this. I looked around and the Batarians hadn't seen me yet and I went behind over by the base. I saw a ship there, a few and explosive barrels

I kept my wits up and noticed that.. They had no weapons...

What was going on here? I kept my gun up and aimed it at a Batarian.

"don't shoot! we mean you no harm!"

I was quick to answer "then why are you attacking our town?"

He didn't answer.. I sighed and looked around.. no other team mates..

I put my hand on my com link and started to talk.

"Im at check point Beta, I need a team over here now!"

I waited a time, talking to the aliens around here to find out what was going on.
